Dave showed up on time. He masked off the appropriate areas and cleaned up when the job was complete. The door looks brand new even though Dave said it might only stay that way a few years. A very diligent worker with a good sense of humor. I have more “stuff” for him to do.

I contacted Dave and gave him a list of things we needed done. We met and I showed him the areas of the scope of work. He seemed very nice and courteous. He later emailed me his quote and then I asked him to itemize the list, which he quickly did. I responded that I wanted to proceed with a portion of the work. This is when things he started to get flaky. He didn’t respond back until about a week later...saying he was out of town. I didn’t have an issue with that and asked him when we can start. He gave me a date and then I wanted to know how much I need to write the check out for a retainer so that I can secure the date. He never responded. It’s been two-three weeks. I’m not sure if he’s too busy or just decided that the work is not worth his time. In either case, it would have been nice to know. He could have just told me the truth. That’s all people want...is the truth.

I wasn't sure that the sliding doors could be repaired, as they had been damaged many years ago, but Dave was able to get them working fine again. The curb paint job was excellent. (I provided the re-useable plastic stencil.) The plaster patching work was good, although a return visit was needed to sand it square. Dave used a vacuum to take up the dust as he sanded, which was reassuring because there was computer equipment nearby.

Dave and his assistant did very good, quick work! His estimate had been based on an hourly rate. He volunteered to reduce the cost when the job took less time than he had thought it would.

Dave's work is very high quality and he has an outstanding work ethic. He took care of repairs we couldn't and advised us on what work needed to be done. We found him honest and reasonably priced. He is the handyman I have always needed and we will be calling him again if work comes up my husband can't handle himself.

Dave is an excellent craftsman. He arrived on time with all the tools, tarps and materials needed for the job. He spent the day building the lattice from scratch using redwood and staining it white. The end product was exactly what we were hoping for. Dave worked in our carport and made a huge mess. He did such a great job cleaning up that we couldn't even tell that he had ever even been there. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone who needs a handyman...he is definitely the one we will always call.

Everything installed and repaired is functioning smoothly and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dave again. He was punctual and professional.

They were careful to make sure no damage was done to the above balcony or any of the other boards/stucco they were in contact with. They did a great job and left the site as clean as they found it. Nice to know there are people out there who will come in and do these smaller projects at a reasonable price.

Dave was great. He came in and gave a very reasonable estimate for proposed work, with some options. We agreed to engage him, and when he got done with previously scheduled work, he came back and did the work. He received the wrong replacement hinges for pantry doors, so that got delayed, but he came and completed the job when the right hinges showed up.
