Response from I'll Handle IT
First of all, for someone to call me a "Fraud and to Beware" Is very insulting and offensive. Our reviews speak for themselves. I don't see any write ups regarding all of the other work that I did for [Member Name Removed], that she was extremely satisfied with. Work done at another property and the work done at this property. Replacing a hose bib, a broken recessed light in the bathroom removing a custom door making operate correctly after years of non-operation, and many other projects which she was very happy with.[Member Name Removed] had a strange electrical wiring situation that someone else did. I had to work with something wasn't done correctly in the first place. I went to the store many times on my own time to buy materials for these projects. At no time did I ever use any used or incorrect parts. I never refused to give [Member Name Removed] receipts. She has invoices for every job. At one point it did take me some time to get them to her, but she does have them. I never insisted that she pay me. I offered to e-mail the receipts. Regarding the out door lighting that we installed, I responded immediately when they didn't work and fixed it immediately. She then called me a month later telling me they didn't work. Why one month later when I tested everything before leaving and all was fine. I feel that this review is unfair and that there was another underlying electrical problem that we didn't see when we were doing the work. Everything worked fine when we left. What about all the other great work that we did for [Member Name Removed]. Does a "fraud" have this many "A" ratings. This was very unfortunate. I greatly appreciate all of the other hundreds of homeowners that I have worked for.
