FALCON GARAGE DOORS

Whenever  I opened the garage door, I heard a loud noise. After finished working on replacing a broken part in the garage door opener, the All-Pro Quality Garage Doors technician told me that the garage door bracket which connected to the door arm was not commercially made. The noise was caused by the movement between the door arm and door bracket. He tried to sell me a new bracket kit for $25. I would also need to make another appointment to have the bracket replaced which would cost me an additional $120.

After the technician left, I sent pictures of the bracket and a video of my garage door in operation to several garage door companies for a second opinion. Jason dropped by to take a look at the bracket. He told me that the bracket was commercially made and there was nothing wrong with it. The noise was caused by too much downward garage door tension. After he adjusted the garage door tension using the garage door opener, the loud noise was gone. Jason also lubricated garage door tracks.

My garage door opener "broke" upon opening, leaving the belt dangling from the rail.  My remodeling project manager suggested Falcon Garage Doors, so I gave them a call. Jason answered my call and asked me to send him photos since I did not have all of the garage door terminology needed to accurately describe the problem.  By seeing the problem, Jason was able to have the necessary parts with him to do the repair. We arranged a date and general time for service, thenhe called me when he was leaving the previous job site.  The prompt service was a welcome change from some of the issues with my unrelated remodeling work.

In addition to replacing the belt rail assembly, Jason also balanced and lubed the hardware.  My garage door opener is now quieter than it ever was. I will definitely call Jason again if I ever need any additional work done on my garage door.

On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, the roller on my garage door came off the track.  My garage door wouldn't stay closed, but kept acting as if there was an obstruction, kept going back up and wouldn't close.  I called Jason and his voicemail said he would be out of town for the weekend.  So, I tried call a few other companies and, as expected on a holiday weekend, got only voicemails. None of them returned my call that day and now it's 5 days later and they still haven't returned my call.  On Tuesday, I called Jason and he told me he was very booked, but would try to get to me that evening.  It didn't work out, but he said he would come the next day, Wednesday, which he did.  He is quick, efficient, knows what he's doing and kept in touch with me about time he'd arrive at my home.  He usually, personally, answers the phone when I've called him.  He arrives when he says he will and gets the job done.  His price is reasonable and I appreciate his professionalism.  I would recommend him to anyone!

We are Property Management company. We have been using Jason for over a year. Jason does a great job, very prompt, and has great follow up.

I called Jason to service our 30+ year old garage door.  It needed a new bottom rubber flange to prevent varmints from getting into my garage. 
Over the phone, he gave me a service call/repair job estimate that was very reasonable.  He came the next day to determine the type of flange necessary for the job and scheduled the repair for the next week.  Due to his out-of-state family emergency, he had to reschedule the repair for the following week.  Jason came the next week and  got the job completed quickly and with great results. He not only fixed the flange but gave the motor a tune up, including lubricating the tracks and adjusting the motor so that the door would stop when it hit the ground (the door had been misoperating for years). Our garage door now operates better than I can ever remember it!  The new rubber flange provides a complete and tight seal at the bottom of the door.

Jason arrived on time and ready to work.  He quickly diagnosed a problem with the motor for a garage door that had been installed by someone else.  That someone else wanted to sell me an entirely new garage door, but Jason found the problem (had nothing to do with the door or new motor), and had it fixed in less than an hour.  And a price that was well worth his service.  If I ever have any other problems or do finally decide to replace the door he'll be the guy I call.

The garage door looks fantastic and like a whole new one.  They were very good and were recommended to me by somebody who had already used them.  The man who did the work was fantastic and very nice.   However he was not very professional and was rough around the edges.  He did what was expected and a little bit more.  He came when he said he was going to and responded quickly.  He came the very next day from the time I called him.  The price was very good and competitive.  Their service was great and absolutely fantastic.  I had a positive experience.  The garage door is still running perfectly and better that it was when I first moved into the house.  I would use them again in the future.

I had a beat up old door on a short sale I bought that badly needed to be replaced.  I had two estimates done and Jason's estimate at Falcon Doors came in almost $400 cheaper.  He didn't give me a hard time about the install given a flat roof (Serra Mesa) or anything.  He came out same day for an estimate and early the next week I had a new door, new opener, and keypad.  I gave him the keys, he let himself in, did the work, then called an hour before he was done to let me know because I wanted to see the work before I paid him.  Professional, quick, cheap, and good quality.  I showed up just as he was finishing up the install and it looked great.  Can't beat the price and the service.  I found Jason via a referral from 2003!  He did a great job then and is still doing great work at a great price.

Used the $1125 coupon special on the Falcon Garage Doors website.  Called Jason (it's pretty much a one man operation) on Wednesday and he came by the house to look and provided an estimate.  We scheduled the job for Friday morning and he came punctually and was done in about 2 hours.  Took away the old door and opener and assorted hardware.  Replaced with an insulated steel (with vinyl backing) Wayne Dalton door with windows and a 3240 Liftmaster screw drive opener.  After finishing, he showed us how to operate the door and keypads.  Left the place clean.  The door worked flawlessly and is reasonably quiet. No complaints whatsoever.  Door and opener have lifetime guarantees.

He was a single guy all by himself. He was really good to do business with. He came over and charged me a little bit to fix that. I asked him why he didn't tell me over the cell phone what needed to be done so that I didn't have to have him charge me. He does great work. He wanted $25.00 or $30.00 and I protested. It was just the idea that it was something so simple that he could have told me over the phone to go check it out and I could have done it, but he came out. I know what is fair and what is unfair, but he is very good. When he initially came out to put the garage door, he did the framing and rebuilt everything before putting the door. I had three other people come out and the prices were outrageous. Some people don't do the framing on garage doors. They just come out and do the garage doors. Two companies expected me to go out on my own and hire a framer to do the framing and then they were going to come back and put the garage door. I thought that was crazy. Falcon did everything. You have to be very careful on garage doors. There are some big companies out there that don't know what they are doing. You can just tell by talking to them. I would hire Falcon back.

Jason was great! He responded quickly and didn't charge a huge amount. He knows his stuff because it only took him 5 seconds to figure out what was wrong. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Responded to call I made, arranged to come and repair broken spring later that afternoon, arrived on time, finished work quickly for $190 including replacing both sectional, roll up garage door springs, lube and adjust. Was the only company that I called that responded promptly and was available same day, did the job quickly and apparently well and for what appears to be competitive fee.

It went well. Jason and his partner showed up a little late, but stormed the job so efficiently it was over in a flash. The door works fine, the springs are shiny, and no more squeaks.

Went without problems. Provided an on site estimate within 2 days and three days later did the installation within a few hours. Was polite, knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions.

Contacted Jason the afternoon the springs broke. He gave me a quote over the phone and said he'd be out the next afternoon to fix it. The next afternoon it was fixed for the price quoted.

I called Falcon and gave them my tenant's name. He was able to schedule the work and repair the door within 2 days.
