Description of Work: I paid Angies List $39. For a toilet tuneup. Colepepper does not charge for inspection. Service person did nothing but tell me that my gasket could not be replaced and that I should buy a new toilet and a total house water filtration system.

Description of Work: Almost at the end of a three hour schedule window for service, I called to check on arrival time. I was called back to let me know that service would have to be rescheduled due to an emergency. I was upset that nobody bothered to call me and wonder when and if I would have gotten a call. Service was rescheduled for the following day. Toilets were checked as planned however when it was discovered that we needed a new regulator, the quote was 800 and was told not to bother fixIng the toilet. Called a local water company that we use for our soft water service and got the regulator we needed for 200. Now the toilet is fine. The serviceman was generous enough to give me several Starbucks cards for the inconvenience of having to reshedule. So I guess got some compensation!!!
