Water heater blew out in the morning, we called in afternoon. Miguel and his team installed a new water heater before dark. Miguel was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained the process thoroughly. Would recommend them!

Excellent. They arrived earlier than expected but called ahead to make sure that was okay. I was thrilled. The repairman was clean and well dressed in his company uniform. Very professional looking. The new faucet is very attractive and perfect for the space. The work was done efficiently but in a friendly manner with a easy willingness to answer questions or explain something. I felt confident in their work.

Plumber. Chris was professional and knowledgeable, he completed the job efficiently and ensured that I was satisfied with the job before he left. He even mentioned a coupon I could download which helped with the cost.

Chris from Colepepper Plumbing showed up quickly (less than an hour after I called), and corrected my do-it-yourself plumbing mishap. I was repairing a constantly running toilet, and decided to also install a new supply line and angle stop. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't remove the old retaining nut and compression ring. When I reassembled everything using the old nut and compression ring, there was a constant dripping leak from the new angle stop. I also had Chris replace a second toilet supply line/angle stop since I knew I would run into the same problem again, and I already had the parts on hand. He was able to muscle-off one of the old compression rings, but he was forced to cut the other one and solder a pipe extension on the stub. Chris did a great job working in extremely cramped and difficult to reach areas. He was extremely professional and polite, and I would use this company again and recommend them to friends.

Colelpepper Plumbing showed up a few minutes before scheduled appointment in which they called my home first to see if I was ready for their service. Their plumber showed up and was in a clean uniform and looked very professional. He removed the old toilet in a very clean and professional way. He then installed the new toilet and was very attentive to make sure all the old stains and grout was removed (as there was residue on the stone floor) to insure the new toilet looked like it had always been there. I was extremely satisfied with the work and service they provided. I was presented the bill and I had asked if the option to pay by credit card was available and they quickly responded with a yes, and took my card. My total experience with Colepepper Plumbing was extremely positive and would recommend they service to anyone.

Miguel was very professional and very personable. He explained what needed to be done and gave us the price before work began.

They were able to move somethings around and my job a priority and were there within 30 min. Once on site Mitch oppened everything up and cleared the drain within 15 minutes.

He did a great job cleaning out the pipes. He snaked the pipe from the outside of the house. Not sure what clogged it but it was pretty clogged. We tried drain cleaner and snaking it from the kitchen sink but nothing worked. He had the job done very quickly.

Perfect as far as customer service, fast service, same day, respectful people . Price quote was a bit high but they lower but I never took time to compare prices. I did cal a plumber and they had no one available for few days. Here they even offered someone in English or Sapnish. Everyone very courteous! Recommended 100%. And if they are a bit more expensive I would still pay since you get quality. Who helped us was Miguel R.

From my first call I was impressed... friendly staff, appointment scheduled according to my needs. Their interim contact was great - followed up with a phone call to me when the job prior to mine was running long - I really appreciated that. The plumber was professional and friendly and got the problem assessed and fixed quickly. He also gave me some tips on prolonging the life of my kitchen plumbing (my house is almost 80 years old and some of the pipes are original). Cleaned up afterward as well...I will definitely call them again if the need arises!

Mitch was very professional and extremely skilled. He answered my many questions and was so informative. Even the calls we made to make our appointment and then to change the day, to fit the seller's schedule, were very professional yet friendly. I never got a machine and always had a helpful person on the other line. We were provided with a folder with the inspection notes, feedback options and coupons. I called everywhere looking for help with my plumbing that has been backing up for a few weeks now and no one else could seem to fit me into their schedule. Although Colepepper Plumbing was booked up as well, they heard my issues and urgency and managed to fit me in first thing the next morning! 2 professionals, Josh Rowland and his assistant showed up promptly at 8:00 am! I wasn't sure exactly where or how many issues needed to be addressed. They assured me that they could fix all problems along with warranties on their work. I had to have my drains really flushed and cleaned. He quoted me first applying a military discount, educated me on the details of their procedures and took care of it in a timely manner!! I had a few concerns with my house being older and what future problems we may encounter. Josh, educated me on the different types of materials in piping and what not to do, which put me at ease. I have used 3 other companies in the past and would not go back to them after using Colepepper Plumbing! Their prices are quite reasonable compared to past companies I've tried. They were professional, convenient, and experienced! Really wish I would've found them sooner!!! Thanks guys!
