Miguel Ramirez successfully completed the repair. We received same day service! Miguel also provided us with a full description of the cause of our drip along with additional information and professional advise. His thorough and detailed communication skills made it easy to understand him and made us aware of a larger issue with our shower which will require more work. He provided us with options! At this time, we are on a very tight budget due to my father's terminal cancer and we asked if there was any possibility of a discount considering our financially limiting circumstance. To our surprise, Miguel called in the request and received approval to provide us with a generous discount which enabled us to have the repair done. We had to prioritize. Thanks to Miguel taking that extra step to request the discount, made all the difference to my family during this most trying time. It went excellent. He came and replaced our toilet and it works great now! Our toilet was very outdated and starting to malfunction. The new toilet and installation is so much better.

It went great, he was able to repair the old garbage disposal in less than a half hour saving me the cost of replacing it!

Ron was the pro sent out for the job. He was fast and very professional. He laid out all my options for service and made recommendations on additional maintenance/needs I should be conscience of with no pressure of an up-sale, more so a recommendation from an expert on preventative work. Speacial care was taken in consideration of my HW floors and the work area was left spic and span upon completion.

Prior to the work, plastic was spread out to cover flooring and furniture, cleanliness was apparent from the start. They were here daily (M-F) from 9-5 until the job was finished. Everything is complete and looks professionally installed.

Mitch was professional and was able to give an estimate for me immediately. His work was very professional and it solved the issue for me.

Scheduled appointment with their call center. No one showed up. If a company can't be on time to sell their business, I'm not going to take the chance they will be punctual on a big project.

He showed up on time. I showed him the clog and clean-out access. He fixed the problem and continued to look at it with a camera. he found the reason the clog. This was the fourth time in three years that this drain has gotten clogged. No other company has ever put a camera to look at the reason for the problem. I have an appointment to correct this repeating problem with this company. Outstanding Job!!!
