Colepepper services was quick to send their representatives. They inspected the situation and have us some alternatives. Once we finalized an option, they replaced the water heater right away. Professional and quick service.

I purchased two deals from Angie's List one to have my kitchen faucet replaced and tune up on my toilet. The plumber came out and I showed him the job. I mentioned that I had deals from Angie's List. The plumber had no idea of what I was talking about and no idea about the deals. I showed him the printouts for the deals and he took a look. He told me he would need to go out to his truck. He was gone for about 20 minutes and came back and told me that it would be $399.00 to replace the faucet. I told him that they couldn't be the price and I showed him that I had all the materials. I had the new faucet, hoses even the plumber's putty. He stated again that it would be $399, even though I provided ALL the materials, and that they would discount $200 because I bought the deal. I told him that was too much and asked him to leave, I declined to have the work done.

We had a good experience - we called in the morning and had our issue fixed within a few hours by Miguel Ramirez. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely call again.

The gentleman was througrough and was able inspect the problem in my bathroom sink He used the camara and found the object that has been causing the water to drain slow. I'm glad he was able to help find this problem. And the fee was reasonable comparing to the other companies. Thank you Tony

The tech that came out wanted to charge $400 to snake a drain, $1000 to replace some plastic pipes under the sink and by the dishwasher, and $250 to repair an upstairs bathroom trap that was leaking.
