Description of Work: We ordered vertical blinds from them. Order was delivered as expected. We had to contact once for a replacement slat & it was delivered promptly. Customer service was excellent.

Description of Work: Blindsgalore website gives you all the information in a very specific order to make it possible for you to select the blinds you need, measure and order with discounts. The product you chose comes within the time promised. I have ordered from them twice and have been satisfied both times.

Description of Work: I have purchased before, perfect fit and worked perfect. This time the fit was perfect, but the blind just dropped to the floor quickly with the one pull of the cord. Followed the instructions for tension adjustment, but still could not remedy the fall. I called them explained what was happening, they said they would send another no cost. I received it within one week, can't beat that and I will use them again. I love their products!

Description of Work: The blinds are cheap. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, but for the money ($75), the one blind I ordered is not a high quality item. Had the house not been put on the market, and that blind needed, I would have returned it. |

Their web site was extremely detailed for the information needed, both to measure and also to find precisely what I wanted to purchase. I have other blinds in my home from them which I have had for years, and the products are of the best quality. Their web site is very detailed with individual pricing for each feature you might prefer for your blinds, and they have a wide color selection. I have never had any problems with their web site or the quality or durability of their merchandise. I have also spoken with the chat on line people they have; all were so helpful.

Description of Work: Customer service expert was not knowledgable when I called for help when trying to order. Price did not include for installation like other companies. Had to pay installer $100 more to install. Price was very good for the blinds however, I'm not sure if I would use them again or not. Quality was good.

In each instance, the products arrived on time, were of good quality, and were relatively easy to install. No regrets at all in purchasing from them, and we plan to buy some more drapes in the future. Prices were competitive with other online and brick-and-mortar stores that I checked out, and they had a nice selection of colors and styles.

Description of Work: We needed to replace the kitchen window blind but we had trouble finding what we wanted in the local stores. We ordered color samples which we received quickly. We decided to order the 1 inch heavyweight aluminum blind that had self lifting instead of the dangling cord. We used their instructions to measure and about two weeks after we ordered we received the custom made blind that we installed ourselves. The quality of the blind was good and we love that we don't have to deal with a cord around the kitchen sink. Everything was handled through the internet. They did a good job of sending emails confirming the sample order, the blind order and when the blind shipped. |

Description of Work: Blindgalore made custom blackout shades for 5 windows in our home, with top/down, bottom up feature. They are excellent quality, really block the light, and I love that they can open (really well!) from the top. They are really sturdy and thick. I also broke a piece of the hardware myself when I was moving a shade to paint, and the company sent replacement pieces upon request at no charge. Very impressed!
