Description of Work: Mini blinds for 6 windows. Order placed on line. Shipped when promised. All measurements correct. Good quality. Did not need any customer service. Will place future orders when needed.

Description of Work: Needed blinds for skylights. They had a great price so I was worried about the quality and tried one only. Loved it, well made and much better than unit from another source. Bought a total of 4 from them and every one is well made and well priced. The vertical blinds we bought were also good quality but a bit slower in shipping. | Shipping for the skylight blinds to PA was very quick. We had them in about a week.

Description of Work: i ordered large roller blinds from them for my sun porch on two different occasions. I received exactly what I ordered. After I installed them one of the control chains broke. I called them and they sent new parts to me right away-no charge. They were great.

Either way, had to pay full price for another one and the wrong one had to go in the trash. I would not use again, since blinds.com will work with you if there is a mistake. blindsgalore does not.

Phone service was great with knowledgeable staff. Swatches were sent beforehand at no charge regardless of how many swatches were requested. Ordering was easy with many prompts to make sure the order was correct.
