Description of Work: Ordered cellular shades for a large sunroom. The fabric on the shade was not identical to sample provided so it might be helpful to order samples more than once. I kept then anyway because they were fine. They gladly exchanged the blind for the door as part of their guarantee because I did but like it.

Description of Work: When I say a service was provided I mean to say that I placed an online order and Blindsgalore made and delivered them to me. Following their measuring directions the shades were made and delivered quickly and fit just right. The price saving for a do it yourselfer is tremendous compared to the full service window shade/blind companies. Challenge level for this type of do it yourself job is easy. And the warrenty Blindsgalore offers is every bit as comprehensive as any full service company too.

Description of Work: Made sure measurements were exact even though we sent a template. Got everything right on time. It was not top grade material as my originals from Sherwin Williams. For the price it was fine.

The specific directions on the website have made the process of measuring and ordering my own window treatments very user - friendly. The products I have purchased include wood blinds, pleated shades, woven shades, and fabric shades. I will definitely order from Blindsgalore again.

Description of Work: I ordered Levelor white 2 inch wood blinds from Blindsgalore.com on two different occasions. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the blinds even though the first time I ordered Premium blinds by Levelor and the second batch for the back bedroom were just their basic quality, I could not tell any difference in the quality of the blinds. The ordering process online was easy and I received my blinds within a couple of weeks from the time I ordered online. My boyfriend installed them since they were ordered online.

The first person I spoke to in the customer service department wasn't wonderful but she provided me the discount I was calling about. I needed additional blinds recently and ordered through them again. They have quality blinds, good prices, you just need to wait for them to process your order which takes about a week. cost of service inputted is totally dependent on what you buy and how much.

Description of Work: I have purchased before, perfect fit and worked perfect. This time the fit was perfect, but the blind just dropped to the floor quickly with the one pull of the cord. Followed the instructions for tension adjustment, but still could not remedy the fall. I called them explained what was happening, they said they would send another no cost. I received it within one week, can't beat that and I will use them again. I love their products!
