Description of Work: We have ordered a couple of batches of blinds from Blindsgalore. Their website is super easy to use. Their prices and shipping are great. One time I had to make a small tweak in an order and their customer service 800 number was easy to work with. We have just a couple of windows left and we will definitely use them again.

I received timely notifications along the way with the status of my order. The blinds arrived without any problems and fit the exact measurements I wanted.

He carefully explained my options and changed the order for me (cheaper too) and the product was delivered shortly thereafter. Good quality and what I had in mind.

Description of Work: We purchased 3 blinds from Blinds Galore. Blinds were delivered in a couple of weeks after ordered. Quality good, easy to install. I measured wrong and had to ship one blind back. I paid for return shipping they covered shipping a new blind to us. Very good service.

Description of Work: I had a great experience! I ordered blinds from BlindsGalore for a new house. There were a couple of issues with the sizes of the blinds (our error) but the exchange was easy. They offer a set number of free exchanges (not including shipping) per order, which is nice and prevents you from completely wasting your money. The only downfall was the initial wait for the blinds and return wait for the exchange blinds. However, this is understandable since they are custom made. I would recommend calling with any questions about measurements (customer service was great) just to prevent any risk of having to return one of the products. | |9 months later - Great product, good quality for the price, blinds still work well and look great. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy customer!

Description of Work: We ordered two large (c. 72" x 80") Bali solar shades. They arrived promptly and were just as expected. They installed reasonably easily, and they work well. Glad we got them! Blinds Galore was fine.

Description of Work: Ordered cellular shades for a large sunroom. The fabric on the shade was not identical to sample provided so it might be helpful to order samples more than once. I kept then anyway because they were fine. They gladly exchanged the blind for the door as part of their guarantee because I did but like it.

Description of Work: They provided window coverings for all of our windows. When I mis-measured my vertical blinds, they remade them at no charge and did not require me to return them. They cut one set of blinds too long. All I had to do was send them a photo of the the blind next to a tape measure, and they remade the blinds and had them on my doorstep within a week, all at no cost to me.

Description of Work: Blindgalore made custom blackout shades for 5 windows in our home, with top/down, bottom up feature. They are excellent quality, really block the light, and I love that they can open (really well!) from the top. They are really sturdy and thick. I also broke a piece of the hardware myself when I was moving a shade to paint, and the company sent replacement pieces upon request at no charge. Very impressed!

Description of Work: I was very happy with my first transaction and used this company again 2 years later. This time they accidentally sent the wrong item but when I called to notify them, I very much appreciated the apology, positive response, and speed of replacement at no additional cost (including not having to mail back the wrong item). This response tells me more about the quality of a provider than if everything goes perfectly.

Description of Work: Blinds for 2 large windows and sliding patio door were beautiful. Perfectly sized and everything was precisely as ordered. The tools on their website make it very easy to determine your needs. They send free samples out very quickly and follow up to see if you need any help.
