Description of Work: I bought vertical blinds from blindsgalore,when putting them up I dropped and broke part of them,they immediately sent new ones at no charge.Now 2 and a half years later they still look great.

Had to pay installer $100 more to install. Price was very good for the blinds however, I'm not sure if I would use them again or not. Quality was good.

Description of Work: Blindgalore made custom blackout shades for 5 windows in our home, with top/down, bottom up feature. They are excellent quality, really block the light, and I love that they can open (really well!) from the top. They are really sturdy and thick. I also broke a piece of the hardware myself when I was moving a shade to paint, and the company sent replacement pieces upon request at no charge. Very impressed!

Description of Work: I ordered the cellular blackout shades over the internet. They arrived 10 days later to my specifications. I went with large blackout shades 80"W X 56"L. They are made even better then next day blinds, who are $$$ and very good looking. Cream color single cells with insulation in the honeycombs. Buy them here and you will be very happy. Price, quality, and appearance. Very impressive. They keep the winter sun out and now I can sleep in with warm too.

Description of Work: I had ordered a roller blind for the kitchen, initially without a valence. But when the item came in I felt the color of the mounting hardware was not the look I wanted so I contacted them to ask about mount bracket caps that were displayed in the mounting instructions. They were professional and said they would contact the manufacturer about it. A couple of days later they contacted me and offered me a free valence since the bracket caps were not an option. The blind looks great after the valence, they were very reasonably priced and service/shipping was good. I would consider using them again for my next replacements.

Description of Work: I had a great experience! I ordered blinds from BlindsGalore for a new house. There were a couple of issues with the sizes of the blinds (our error) but the exchange was easy. They offer a set number of free exchanges (not including shipping) per order, which is nice and prevents you from completely wasting your money. The only downfall was the initial wait for the blinds and return wait for the exchange blinds. However, this is understandable since they are custom made. I would recommend calling with any questions about measurements (customer service was great) just to prevent any risk of having to return one of the products. | |9 months later - Great product, good quality for the price, blinds still work well and look great. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy customer!
