Description of Work: Customer service expert was not knowledgable when I called for help when trying to order. Price did not include for installation like other companies. Had to pay installer $100 more to install. Price was very good for the blinds however, I'm not sure if I would use them again or not. Quality was good.

Bought a total of 4 from them and every one is well made and well priced. The vertical blinds we bought were also good quality but a bit slower in shipping. | Shipping for the skylight blinds to PA was very quick. We had them in about a week.

Description of Work: I ordered the cellular blackout shades over the internet. They arrived 10 days later to my specifications. I went with large blackout shades 80"W X 56"L. They are made even better then next day blinds, who are $$$ and very good looking. Cream color single cells with insulation in the honeycombs. Buy them here and you will be very happy. Price, quality, and appearance. Very impressive. They keep the winter sun out and now I can sleep in with warm too.

Description of Work: When I say a service was provided I mean to say that I placed an online order and Blindsgalore made and delivered them to me. Following their measuring directions the shades were made and delivered quickly and fit just right. The price saving for a do it yourselfer is tremendous compared to the full service window shade/blind companies. Challenge level for this type of do it yourself job is easy. And the warrenty Blindsgalore offers is every bit as comprehensive as any full service company too.

Description of Work: Blindsgalore is my go-to blinds company. I invested about $1,700 in one room, 4 windows with a professional intown company. But when I found Blindsgalore is was in heaven. I have now done three rooms with 13 windows, various sizes, and two doors for a little less than $1,300. All I do is measure the windows, width and length, send in the measurements to the company and the blinds appear in about two weeks or less. AND THEY FIT PERFECTILY. The blinds are very easy to put up and they work like a charm. They always have sales going on which makes the blinds very affordable. I highly recommend Blindsgalore!

They have several brands and colors to choose from and we really took advantage of the free samples to determine which colors to use for both homes. By using their measuring instructions, we have never had an issue with the blinds we have received from them. They offer additional discounts on their good prices, which have allowed us to replace our window coverings at a fraction of the prices we've been quoted from other sources.

Their web site was extremely detailed for the information needed, both to measure and also to find precisely what I wanted to purchase. I have other blinds in my home from them which I have had for years, and the products are of the best quality. Their web site is very detailed with individual pricing for each feature you might prefer for your blinds, and they have a wide color selection. I have never had any problems with their web site or the quality or durability of their merchandise. I have also spoken with the chat on line people they have; all were so helpful.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with purchasing my blinds from blindsgalore. The first person I spoke to in the customer service department wasn't wonderful but she provided me the discount I was calling about. I needed additional blinds recently and ordered through them again. They have quality blinds, good prices, you just need to wait for them to process your order which takes about a week. cost of service inputted is totally dependent on what you buy and how much.
