Description of Work: We ordered two large (c. 72" x 80") Bali solar shades. They arrived promptly and were just as expected. They installed reasonably easily, and they work well. Glad we got them! Blinds Galore was fine.

In each instance, the products arrived on time, were of good quality, and were relatively easy to install. No regrets at all in purchasing from them, and we plan to buy some more drapes in the future. Prices were competitive with other online and brick-and-mortar stores that I checked out, and they had a nice selection of colors and styles.

Description of Work: I have purchased before, perfect fit and worked perfect. This time the fit was perfect, but the blind just dropped to the floor quickly with the one pull of the cord. Followed the instructions for tension adjustment, but still could not remedy the fall. I called them explained what was happening, they said they would send another no cost. I received it within one week, can't beat that and I will use them again. I love their products!

Description of Work: I had a great experience! I ordered blinds from BlindsGalore for a new house. There were a couple of issues with the sizes of the blinds (our error) but the exchange was easy. They offer a set number of free exchanges (not including shipping) per order, which is nice and prevents you from completely wasting your money. The only downfall was the initial wait for the blinds and return wait for the exchange blinds. However, this is understandable since they are custom made. I would recommend calling with any questions about measurements (customer service was great) just to prevent any risk of having to return one of the products. | |9 months later - Great product, good quality for the price, blinds still work well and look great. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy customer!

Description of Work: One of several orders of mini blinds for french doors, a cellular blind, and faux and wood blinds for windows and one vertical blind for slider door. Every step of the order and delivery from beginning to end was exceptional.

Description of Work: They provided window coverings for all of our windows. When I mis-measured my vertical blinds, they remade them at no charge and did not require me to return them. They cut one set of blinds too long. All I had to do was send them a photo of the the blind next to a tape measure, and they remade the blinds and had them on my doorstep within a week, all at no cost to me.

Description of Work: Needed blinds for skylights. They had a great price so I was worried about the quality and tried one only. Loved it, well made and much better than unit from another source. Bought a total of 4 from them and every one is well made and well priced. The vertical blinds we bought were also good quality but a bit slower in shipping. | Shipping for the skylight blinds to PA was very quick. We had them in about a week.

Description of Work: I ordered what I thought were the blinds I wanted and after I submitted the order one of the reps called me to make sure that was indeed what I meant to order, which it was not. He carefully explained my options and changed the order for me (cheaper too) and the product was delivered shortly thereafter. Good quality and what I had in mind.

Description of Work: Nice quality blinds. Be sure to read specifications for each style blind--I didn't and didn't enough depth to install the style I ordered but they were good enough to send me a style that would fit at no charge. Very helpful!
