Description of Work: I ordered blinds for a spare room. The quality is great, the purchasing process is efficient, and they were made exactly to the measurements provided. This is the second great experience with this company. I can't speak to their return/exchange services because my orders were fulfilled to my expectations

Description of Work: I have ordered blinds on two different ocasions from this supplier. They were delivered by the date promised in great condition. I did not use their measurement services but provided my own measurements. Pricing was great, much better than the local box stores.

Description of Work: I purchased wood alternative 2" slat blinds from Blindsgalore for 7 windows throughout my house. The blinds were shipped quickly and the installation instructions were easy to follow. They look much better than the cheap plastic blinds that were originally in the house. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Purchased blinds for room addition to my house. Ordered Oct. 15th approx. with 2 week lead time. After SEVERAL push back dates and very little if any communication on their part, my phone calls to customer service were numerous, and promises were never adhered to. Finally I cancelled the order in mid-Dec.
