Description of Work: Purchased blackout blinds for three windows in my home theater. The blinds arrived on time and to the dimensions ordered. They are of high quality and provide excellent blackout for the theater.

Watched a you tube video and it simple. I was pleased and my contractor was pleased as well. Description of Work: Very professional, helpful advice on the phone. The blinds themselves are pricey (although competitive with other companies). The material is somewhat delicate, but that's inherent to the blind. When one of the cords arrived defective, they immediately sent a new one. Would definitely use this company again for future orders.

I placed an order and it was all wrong .The error was 100% mine .I realized my mistake and called I to reorder fully expecting to re buy my blinds , I spoke to their rep who not only assured me that it would be be taken care of but at very minimal cost to me ....I needed a completely different type of shade ! Description of Work: I ordered the bamboo shades samples and they were taking a long time to arrive. I had to reorder them. After the samples arrived I purchased the shades. The shades came perfectly packed on the delivery date. The quality is excellent, they look very nice and the price was right. It was the only online shop that let me add light filtering or blackout liners and the top down bottom up upgrade on the bamboo shades.I am very happy with my purchase.

Description of Work: I ordered 23 sheer louvre blinds from Blindsgalore for my new home. They were delivered promptly, in perfect condition, and exactly to measure. I was very impressed by how well they were packed and identified. The Installation instructions were so easy to follow that I was able to put all 23 blinds up by myself in under 5 hours. Most importantly they looked fabulous and the quality far exceeded my expectations.
