Description of Work: Bought a 100 year old house. Windows are not custom sizes. Talked to a rep on the phone for information on how to measure and ordered sample colors. Proceeded to order my blinds online. Customer service was a great help. Love the blinds. Will be ordering more in the near future.

Description of Work: I've ordered mini blinds and vertical blinds from them several times and have never had a problem. Description of Work: manufactured custom blinds. Blinds were great when they arrived. My only issue with this company is that it took them over a month to re-ship color samples to me before I placed my order. The originals must have gotten lost in the mail and I had to call them 3 times to get replacements sent out.

Description of Work: I ordered plantation shutters for every window in my new custom home. I took the measurements and called in the order. They were easy to install. Watched a you tube video and it simple. I was pleased and my contractor was pleased as well. He has also stated using them for his custom homes for new clients.They took about 2-3 weeks to arrive and the quality is A+.

Description of Work: wife orders a couple blinds to go in our sons room. She took the measurements, selected the BG Kids Roller shades and in a matter of a few weeks they were on our doorstep. However when we tried to install the larger one we found that the measurement was incorrect due to the devider in the middle. Contacted the company and told us to ship it back to them and they replaced it with the corrected measurements.

Description of Work: Used this web site many times, as I am replacing all window coverings in my house a little at a time. Great prices, always a big sale. Good selection. Description of Work: Ordered Bali Blinds for our home. We installed them ourselves. Blinds were great. My only complaint is the delay between ordering and receipt. There is no option to expedite the order. I've had to go elsewhere at times due to this delay. If you're not in a hurry would highly recommend them.
