Proceeded to order my blinds online. Customer service was a great help. Love the blinds. Will be ordering more in the near future.

I did the self-installation without any issues. This was the second item I've bought from them (the other was a kitchen window blind). I can't comment on customer service since I didn't have any issues. I got a quality product at a very reasonable price. I would use them again. They had been recommended to me by another satisfied customer.

Description of Work: It provided 6 approx 8' long 2' wide 2" wood alternative textured slat blinds. The blinds were sent promptly at a reasonable shipping charge and arrived without any damage.

I didn't even request the other problem (wrong tape color) because it would do as is although not my original choice.

Description of Work: I ordered a custom shade to cover a large picture window that tends to admit too much light/heat during the warmer part of the year. The shade arrived in perfect condition a couple of weeks later and was easy to install (even though the window frame is not standard). The shade has retained its new look for nearly three years, and we are thoroughly pleased with the product. I would add that I made the purchase at a time when a deep discount and free shipping were available.
