Description of Work: They assisted me in chosing and measuring blinds for my home. Their customer service was great, their selection is great and their prices are great.

Description of Work: I ordered blinds for three windows using my measurements--they were exactly what I-- wanted. The website was easy to use--specific options with diagrams.

Description of Work: This was an online purchase. Customer service was excellent. This was a large three section blackout blind. Quality appears to be good, however, they have been in use only for a short period of time but so far so good.

Description of Work: I have ordered blinds 3 times from them. I have LOTS of windows and am scheduling blinds as my budget allows. This is the third order of blinds from them. The free samples allow me to make sure the color I am choosing is correct for me. In some cases, I ordered different samples more than once to get the right color and they were sent promptly. I am getting ready to order my 4th set of blinds. My previous orders were solar shades for big windows in the living, and mini blinds for the office and kitchen that required narrow blade blinds to clear the casement window handles.

Description of Work: They mailed battery operated blind for our french doors. We had blind installed & blind was defective but we were still able to use. They said they would send a replacement. While waiting for the replacement blind, the remote stopped working & I followed the instructions to reset the remote & battery case, etc. Nothing worked. I called them & their tech talked me through the process but motor wouldn't respond. When replacement came, we had professional install new blind/motor. He never could get the defective motor/battery to work on old blind. Now the new remote is raising the blind slower, which is what happened with the first one, so this one will probably go out, too. If so, I won't use Blindsgalore again. Other than those problems, they were great to work with.

Description of Work: Unfortunately we had several problems with this company. One item arrived in an incorrect color, one item arrived damaged (as was the replacement item - we were eventually just issued a refund for that item). In addition, the largest part of our order, 5 very long roman shades, do not hang properly and the style clearly should not be made in these measurements. We would have expected that a professional company would have indicated these limitations and helped us with better options.

Description of Work: Purchase 9 blinds. The salesman made a mistake on one of the blind sizes and was more than willing to do whatever it took to correct the situation.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for master bedroom window treatments. No one bothered to return my call. They lost out on a $4000 job. Their loss.

Description of Work: Contacted them via Angie's List message for custom solution to oversized skylight. They were prompt to respond however simply said skylight was too large. Unable to send design consultant. Maybe I misunderstood and this is simply a DIY mail order company. Went with Next Day Blinds who have local physical offices.

Description of Work: i ordered 9 blinds, and they were very helpful. One representative called me offering his help, and I declined thinking i could do it myself. I realized i needed help, and called him. He helped me in many different ways. ordering, colors, choices, etc. |I also used one of their recommended installers and he was great also. |They made it super easy.

Description of Work: Blindsgalore was very responsive with my order. The issue I had was with their vendor, Bali. The blinds were delayed nearly a month because Bali was behind in production. All that drama aside, the customer service was fantastic and the finished product is great as well. The savings over another blind retailer was nearly $1000. So if the choice was spend another $1000 or wait a month, I would still wait the month.
