Description of Work: I love Blindsgalore!! Their prices cannot be beat! They are a company which truly understands what customer service is all about. The end caps were not included in the order so I called and without questions they showed up 4 days later. And to impress me even more, somehow the manufacturer knew one of the chain connectors arrived broken in the original shipment (I did not mention this on the call because I did not realize at the time that it was broken) but the connector was also included. I truly do not know how they discovered that small of a piece was not perfect, but if their quality assurance program picked it up somewhere along the production cycle so it was recorded and shipped, I will most definitely do business with them again. Truly - a company who understands customer service! Nicely done Blindsgalore!

Description of Work: Ordered custom cut faux wood blinds from Blindsgalore. Two of the blinds did not work properly upon delivery. They sent replacements and told us to trash the other units. Quality of the product is ok. They don't go up and down as smoothly anymore. A little WD40 in the pull mechanism seems to help for a bit. Not the highest quality but they are a decent product.

Description of Work: Easy to order blinds that were made to size. Easy to follow measuring instructions and came very quickly just as ordered. I was able to install myself once I got the hang of it. I had never used a drill before so that is how experienced I was.
