Description of Work: I ordered custom Skylight blinds. I measured my skylights per there website directions and received blinds that fit just right. I installed the blinds per the instructions delivered with the blinds and I could not live without them.

Description of Work: I used Blindsgalore for over $10,000 in window treatments in 4 homes over the past 10 years and have never had a problem and saved many SSS. Just triple check your measurements to make sure they are correct.

Description of Work: Mini Blinds. I ordered on line and the blinds came on time and represented well based on the website. We installed ourselves.

Description of Work: Made two-on-a-rail Levolor faux wood blinds for 2 wide, long windows. |The price was the lowest I could find. Shipping was free and we received the blinds in about ten days after ordering.

Description of Work: I ordered plain white Roman blinds for our living room from Blindsgalore. Overall, it was a very positive experience, though not uncomplicated. I ordered the first set of blinds after consulting with one of their call center experts about which kind of backing to choose---"insulated" or "light-blocking." He suggested the former, but when they arrived, I saw that the backing on the shades was a very thin piece of cotton that neither provided much insulation nor screened out light. Because these shades are not top-of-the line (as reflected in the price), any flaws in the sewing were pretty glaring with all the light shining through. Also, I should add that they're not easy to install (ours are mounted on the inside), since the shades simply come with 3 holes drilled in the top and you have to screw them up into the top of your window casing. | |The story ends well, though. I called and asked to exchange these shades for ones with the light-blocking liner, and they did this at an extremely reasonable price (the charge was merely the difference between the original and the slightly more expensive light-blocking ones), despite having to make up a whole new set for me. I didn't have to send the other shades back---instead they suggested I donate them to Habitat for Humanity, which I did. I added my own grosgrain ribbon trim, we managed to install them, and now I have lovely custom shades for a fraction of what I would have paid Smith & Noble.

Description of Work: We have used them since 1991. Did an entire house of Blinds 34 windows + 6 doors of some variety of measurement. All were delivered correct size and "handing". |Needed a few clips and a wand a bit later, small order filled and delivered. |5 blinds have now worn (threading) after 24 years, and we are replacing as they go. |Still with Blindsgalor

Description of Work: I have ordered window coverings (pleated shades and faux wood blinds) several times. The blinds are always exactly the measurement I provide. I always buy when they are having a really good sale (MLK day, Labor Day, Columbus Day)

Description of Work: Good blinds. Cost effective. Sizes not always completely consistent. They take off a little to allow for the bracket - as is required - but sometimes a few millimeters different from other blinds. Overall - great blinds. Good quality and service. I have ordered 3 or 4 times from them already. May just go to a store next time tho.

Description of Work: Purchased mini blinds. Good quality, but they didn't provide instructions for some of the extra parts and we don't really know what to do with it. Will need to call them to find out to do with it and wasn't hoping to spend more time on this.

Description of Work: I have ordered a couple of blinds from them and both were perfect fit and shipped quickly. In one instance, what I thought I ordered was not available for that size and they called me on the phone to discuss and make sure I understood and helped me decide on something that would work perfectly. I will definitely use them in the future. Prices are as good as stores that you buy out of the box.
