Description of Work: The order was wrong twice. There were no follow ups initiated by the company to fix the mistakes and, to date, the blinds are wrong. The blinds we do have have cords that had too much stress on them and frayed right away.

Description of Work: Blinds Galore helped with two orders for solar shades & wood blinds. I had minor issues with both orders, which they very quickly helped straighten out. (One was an ordering error on my part, which they had additional parts shipped at no cost. The other was a manufacturing defect which they had the company replace for free.) I plan on ordering from them again when we need window treatments. Much more knowledgeable and helpful than the big hardware stores.

Description of Work: We needed inexpensive but attractive blinds for a room we plan to rent out to tourists. Blinds Galore was the most reasonable price we found on line. We got three custom blinds for $100 including shipping. They arrived a day before promised, were cut exactly to measurement and were relatively easy to install. We are very satisfied.

Description of Work: I purchased all window coverings for a new addition to our home. Their products are high quality, they arrived on time and they completed our order with no mistakes.
