Description of Work: We needed window dressings for our new home and Blinds Galore helped us with all of our window dressings. This is an internet company so no actual people came to the house, but the sales people were very helpful. They helped us with our choices for what worked for us, and they quickly sent us many samples of the materials we liked. It took very little time for us to get all of the windows done and the price was very fair!

Description of Work: I purchased blinds on line and installed them myself. The are fine, but they do sometimes get "caught" flat and won't close until I manually move them back into place. These are vertical blinds, and my first time having this type, so maybe this isn't the type I need to have.

Description of Work: They shipped me new curtains/blinds for my patio door. No easy way to clean them which is why I gave the quality and overall a B. The curtains aren't "finished" so I can't throw them in the wash...for such an expensive product I would expect to be able to make it last with maintenance and for curtains maintenance is cleaning/washing them...not sure how I will be able to do that with this product.

Description of Work: I have used Blinds Galore for all my window coverings. Since I live in a very rural setting there was never a hurry to cover the windows so I have done it room by room as money permitted. I have had to contact them to find out what styles and colors I had purchased as I could not find some items on their website when I went to re-order. Who remembers these things? The customer service people have always been extremely helpful and professional. The orders have always been accurate, easy to install and the best price I could find.

Description of Work: Amazing customer service ! It was my error on my initial order and they did everything possible to make my mistake ,right ! They took my shades back and with their "oops" policy I did not have to pay for the shades all over again, just the very small difference in the original cost . They walked me through the measuring process step by step and the shades fit perfectly . I was unsure of the color and I was sent samples to choose from . All and all it was definitely a stress free experience !!!! | !!!!!
