Description of Work: Amazing customer service ! It was my error on my initial order and they did everything possible to make my mistake ,right ! They took my shades back and with their "oops" policy I did not have to pay for the shades all over again, just the very small difference in the original cost . They walked me through the measuring process step by step and the shades fit perfectly . I was unsure of the color and I was sent samples to choose from . All and all it was definitely a stress free experience !!!! | !!!!!

Description of Work: Ordered online blinds for new house. Website was user friendly and had good instructions for measuring your windows to order current sizes. Description of Work: We ordered plantation shutters online from Blindsgalore.com. |Because we were ordering online and installing the shutters ourselves, we called once or twice to clarify online descriptions and ask questions. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. We placed our shutter order for 2 large and 4 small windows. They were delivered by freight truck in a timely manner. My husband and I easily installed them all in a weekend. We couldn't be happier with the quality and the beauty and functionality the shutters have added to our windows!

Description of Work: I purchased set of cellular blinds from this provider. The video of how to measure the window on their website was very helpful. The blinds are great quality and fit the window perfectly. One of my blind was long and needed extra brackets - They sent extra ones without any hassle.
