Description of Work: The order arrived promptly and was as ordered. After a couple of weeks, my large patio blind wouldn't raise. When I called the company, they suggested a possible repair remedy, but I told them I couldn't do it by myself. They then said they would make another new patio blind for me at NO CHARGE! They did, and it arrived in about a week, it has worked perfectly ever since. They are wonderful to work with, and their products are top notch. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future when I need window coverings.
