Description of Work: I ordered a certain blind per measurements. When they arrived they were both 1 inch to short. I Was told that an inch is deducted when made which I was unaware of. When I contacted them, it was made all my fault and they would be glad to fix the problem for $50.00. Right, I have already given you $70.00. |Will not ever understand why people in business have to be so nasty and make the customer seem so dumb. I was unaware of the one inch deal...oh well, talking to the air once again.

Description of Work: Blinds Galore has all kinds of custom window treatments which you order online and specify your window size. I purchased wooden blinds (including for a picture window with a width > 100"), roman shades with blackout backing, and pull down shades. These purchases were properly sized, nicely made and arrived when I was told they would. I placed 6 orders with them between 11/3/2011 and 1/23/2015 to cover all but 1 window in the house, and 3 in the shop.

Description of Work: Ordered blinds for my dining room, living room, and bedroom. Blinds were received on time. I measured and hung the blinds by myself. What surprised me the most was that all the blinds fit! And they are easy to put up. Blinds look good, color was perfect; room darkening blinds, which I got for my bedroom, are excellent. Definitely recommend using this company. I did not know about this company when I ordered my den blinds, five windows; cost was around $1,700. Ordered for 12 windows and 2 doors from Blindsgalore and all this costs me around $2000. Quite a savings and the blinds were exact quality.
