One of two identical units was cut to a length approx twice as long as called for (or not measured/cut at all?). My son undertook disassembly, recutting and reassembly. Been in service and working fine since.

Had an odd need with two windows side by side where I needed separate two sets of blinds connected to appear as one. Very easy to customize this need, clear instructions on how to measure and order. Lots of sample options for free to get the exact style I wanted. Custom created and shipped very quickly with clear easy to follow instruction for installation. Installed quickly and looks great! Price was very reasonable and comparable to other DIY installation options. Looks professionally created and installed. Will use them again for my other Windows when the time is right!
