One of two identical units was cut to a length approx twice as long as called for (or not measured/cut at all?). My son undertook disassembly, recutting and reassembly. Been in service and working fine since.

Description of Work: I ordered a certain blind per measurements. When they arrived they were both 1 inch to short. I Was told that an inch is deducted when made which I was unaware of. When I contacted them, it was made all my fault and they would be glad to fix the problem for $50.00. Right, I have already given you $70.00. |Will not ever understand why people in business have to be so nasty and make the customer seem so dumb. I was unaware of the one inch deal...oh well, talking to the air once again.

Blindsgalore has a great selection of fabrics for entirely custom curtains in any size, at a fraction of the cost. The quality of the fabric, lining and construction was great.

Description of Work: Blinds Galore has all kinds of custom window treatments which you order online and specify your window size. I purchased wooden blinds (including for a picture window with a width > 100"), roman shades with blackout backing, and pull down shades. These purchases were properly sized, nicely made and arrived when I was told they would. I placed 6 orders with them between 11/3/2011 and 1/23/2015 to cover all but 1 window in the house, and 3 in the shop.

Description of Work: Provided custom outdoor shades for my porch. They needed to match existing shades and were extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the quality of their product. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Not cheap, but worth the money!

Description of Work: Last year I upgraded outdated mini blinds with 2" wooden blinds for 2 large foyer windows, 2 kitchen french doors, large bay window, and pull shades for dining room french doors. Interior decorator quoted around $3,000 which I measured and ordered through BlindsGalore for 1/3 of the price. However, we installed the blinds ourselves (which was not a problem as we are "do-it-yourselfers").
