I was very impressed with their professionalism from beginning to end. Brian arrived on time and was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also considerate in putting on protective booties over his shoes each time he came inside. The A/C has been running perfectly ever since the work was done. I will definitely use this company again. In fact, I plan to utilize ASI's regular maintenance program for both the furnace and A/C in the future.

I needed central heating and air put in my 1955 home. They were very busy so the estimate wouldn't be for 3 weeks. The day prior they called to confirm the appointment. The day of, they called again telling me they would be there around 2pm. That time came and went with NO phone call. About 2:30 I called to see when they were coming. They said they couldn't come at all because the service guy had to go home. No Phone call and a waste of my time! I thought with all of the recommendations on Angie's list this company was slam dunk. Not so. Big disappointment!

Very professional work performed. Technicians showed up promptly and completed the job in half the estimated time.

They were extremely courteous and professional, particularly during this peak demand season. They were able to analyze the whole picture, not just quotes on components. They were not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Initially had problems setting up with one of the estimators, but they were very responsive to my complaints and went out of there way during the middle of a major heatwave to make things right. In the end they were polite, helpful, responsible and very professional.

Earliest appointment was 10 days from when I called (in the midst of a heat wave), but company called me the next day since a technician was in my neighborhood & ahead of schedule. He arrived, quickly identified the problem, explained my options, and replaced a dual run cap. Part wasnt an OEM part, but it fixed the problem. Tech was polite and patient answering my questions -- and called me back when I had additional questions after he left. Thought price reasonable; gave a 10% military discount. Would use again.

They replaced all of our air ducts last July. We again had them out on Sunday when the A/C quit working. I called late Saturday and they were out Sunday morning. They replaced the capacitor and I was pleased they found the issue through troubleshooting rather than just having me replace the motor or compressor. I appreciated them taking the time to find the underlying issue. They also added freon at no charge. I'll call them every time I have an air conditioning problem as their technicians seem unusually well-trained. They are prompt in returning calls through the answering service when their office is closed.

The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough, and fixed something that had stumped two other repairmen.

Ive been very pleased with them. My neighbors and family are using them now too. They are very interested in doing things right.

The estimator was professional and knowledgeable. They didnt pressure me to buy more than what was necessary. All equipment that was needed was delivered. The two installers were extremely professional and worked quickly. It was 2 weeks from estimate to installation.

Both crews, the duct cleaning group & the installation team were on time, extremely knowledgeable, polite, & patient. My queries were satisfactorily responded to. The work was done in a timely & efficient manner. At the end of the day, both crews made sure the house was left in the manner in which they found it. No messes were left behind. Upon completion of the project, the office followed up with a call to find out if I had questions or concerns. They followed up even further with a thank you note as well as the business card of the Field Supervisor. It was a very expensive project, but one that was overdue for this house. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the caliber of the workmen as well as the quality of the work itself from start to finish.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THINGS TO MAKE IT BETTER. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

Very good experience and result. Estimate occurred on time and was reasonable. Installation work was on time and done with care. Clean up was adequate. Some wall damage occurred when ducts were removed, but the company took initiative on repair.

Tech was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He only charged for system tune-up, not diagnosing and fixing the furnace ignition problem! I did get a quote for duct cleaning and it was on the higher end.

Technician was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Had necessary replacement parts in his truck, and was able to quickly diagnose problem, fix problem, and verify that heater was operating properly.

Intermittent problems are among the hardest to troubleshoot. The tech they sent was experienced, and was able to restore reliable operation by replacing a few minor (inexpensive) parts. He was clean, polite and on-time.

We are doing a remodel of our bathroom and needed to move our gas furnace into the attic. The one we had would not fit so we needed to upgrade. Anthony came out to give us an estimate and he was very thorough, friendly and professional & the job would take 2 days. I called a few weeks later & set up an appt. The installers would show up between 7-9, which they were prompt about. The installer, Greg and his assistant, Travis, showed up on time, explained what they would be doing. The crew was clean, friendly and professional. After the first day they cleaned everything up and finished up the next day. They had found that some previous duct work installed, (not by ASI), during another remodel, had not been closed off right and offered to close it off or add some more duct and put another vent in the living room. We added the duct. They also installed a light, switch & platform in the attic so we could see to clean the filter. We were very happy with them and highly recommend ASI.

The technician was very friendly, professional and helpful. He was on time. He gave me additional information to help me keep the heater running well. It was a very good experience.

Joe was very pleasant and continued to perform additional tasks as required to ensure that the forced air heater was properly set up and operating. A very pleasant experience.

THE SALES MAN (ESTIMATES), AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY.

EXCELLENT INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN REMOVING OLD SPACE HEATERS. HAD TO WORK IN A SMALL SPACE IN AN OLD CLAIREMONT HOME. VERY CLEAN INSTALLATION AND SYSTEM WORKS GREAT. NOT OUR CHEAPEST BID, BUT WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PERSON WHO MADE THE ESTIMATE.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE. AFTER HE FINISHED HIS WORK HE CAME IN TO GIVE ME HIS RECOMMENDATIONS. SEEMS HE HAD FOUND PROBLEMS WITH OUR HEAT EXCHANGER. HE SAID HE PERFORMED A ''WATER TEST'' AND FOUND THAT THE HEAT EXCHANGER LEAKED. BUT NOW HE HAD PUT THE FURNACE BACK TOGETHER AND COULD NOT SHOW ME! I HAD 2 SUBSEQUENT INSPECTIONS TO THIS FURNACE AND IT WAS VERY EASY TO ACCESS THIS HEAT EXCHANGER. I ASKED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE FURNACE AND HAVING IT SHUT DOWN (RED TAGGED). THE TECHNICIAN SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT TO ME! AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, I HAD 2 SUBSEQUENT INSPECTIONS. ONE WAS SDGE. NO PROBLEMS WERE FOUND BY EITHER COMPANY. THE TECHNICIAN ALSO RECOMMENDED TO ADD AIR CONDITIONING (I LIVE BY THE COAST)AND BETTER AIR FILTRATION AND TO TOP IF OFF, I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THE NEXT DAY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE ON MY NEW HEATER. I AM TICKED!!!!

THE ESTIMATOR (MATT) EXPLAINED ALL THE OPTIONS CLEARLY (INCLUDING SOME FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS I HAD). THE INSTALLER (GREG) SHOWED UP ON TIME, PROTECTED THE FLOORS, STAIRS AND WORK AREA AND THE JOB TOOK LESS TIME THAN EXPECTED.

TOOK FOUR DAYS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT, BUT WORTH THE WAIT. TECH WAS TIMELY, EFFICIENT, WELL TRAINED, PROFESSIONAL AND COST WAS INEXPENSIVE. ONE BUMP WAS WITH SCHEDULING. WHEN WE FIRST CALLED, WE WERE GIVEN A DAY ON WHICH THE TECH WOULD ARRIVE AND TOLD WE WOULD BE CALLED THE NEXT DAY WITH THE TIME WINDOW OF ARRIVAL. NO CALL RECEIVED. THE FOLLOWING DAY, WE CALLED AGAIN TO INQUIRE AND WERE TOLD THE TIME.

ASI GAVE ME A TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT, AND THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THE TECH. CHECKED THE SYSTEM, AND SHOWED ME THAT IT WAS FULL OF FREON. REPLACED THE FILTER ,AND CHECKED THE DUCTS FOR LEAKS. HE ALSO CHECKED EACH OUTLET FOR PROPER FLOW. DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT OR NEED. THEY HAVE BEEN MAINTAINING MY SYSTEM SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT 7 YEARS AGO. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH ASI.
