He did a good job but not the same as before. I reported three areas that need to be repaired to the guy. I hope he will do the job right after this. Communications was good. I did not watch him work on the porch. $1k for this kind of job is a lot of money for my senior age approaching retirement. He is kind and willing to make sure customer is satisfied with his work.
