Aquatech Rain Gutters/ Soltech Patio Covers

No issues. They were knowledgeable and quick. They did exactly what I expected.

All went well. Prompt, efficient, personable. They gave me additional options and respective pricing. They were very helpful.

Very professional and easy to deal with. Gave us a quote and then gave an additional 10% off for being Angie's List members. Scheduled service and the installers showed up on time, got right to work and did a nice job, cleaned up and were on their way.

It was a very difficult install as it was a second story deck extending over a pool and roof line had an odd angle. The install took longer than estimated but was understandable considering the type of install. We change our original plan an they did a new drawing and estimate for us. The finished cover looked great! Had a small gutter leak durning the first rain but when I call they came out the same day and fix it. We had many great compliments on the over all look and how it really improved the home.

I would have used them, but some things came up.

The guys came out quickly and installed them. The guys were very professional. Unfortunatley they didnt install them using a level and the water drained away from the drain spout. The water pooled above the doorway and overflowed the first time it rained. I called the company and the owner of the company quickly responded and came out to adjust the gutters properly. The gutters now drain in the proper direction but there is a large leak in the corner. I have not contacted the company in regards to this problem.

I called them right away and they couldn't come out. I called them several times and finally got a hold of somebody. I told them if they didn't want to do it, let me know and I'll ask for my money back. I told them that it was no big deal, they might've just sold too many or whatever. They called me the next day. I'd never used them before. The person who came out to give me the quote and the person that came out to install were great. The customer service getting to that point was just average or below because they would never call back.

Based on the significantly higher rough estimate of $850 from this provider than from another contractor ($639), I terminated my contact with this company and had the other company perform the service (very satisfactorily).

They arrived on time and gave me an estimate. On the day of instillation were on time. Completed the work in less than 2 hours. Very nice company. I couldn't find them on your web site How ever I do receive your book let. Thanks for all you do. Sandra Steveson

Jordan with Aquatech was our main contact, estimating the repairs, then following up after the initial installation had a few issues with the recent heavy rains. He came back out twice, always with a smile, and always eager to fix the problem areas. We are very satisfied with their work, promptness, professionalism, and attitude. They were great.

However, on asking them later for a quote to install an additional tank, I learned that they apparently lost money on this deal, so their quote for installing an extra tank jumped to one and a half times the amount of the original job, which made an additional tank too expensive to be worthwhile.

It was great. They were very professional, the gutters work perfectly now. They were honest.

Very pleased. The estimator was prompt and courteous and took his time talking with me to decide the best color and figure out the ideal placement for the down spouts. They completed the work as promised and the gutters look nice/ blend well with the trim color of my house. My yard/grounds definitely look better as well as there is no more flooding in certain areas when it rains, and we diverted water to an otherwise too-dry part of my lawn. Overall great experience--would recommend them to others.

They showed up on time to give us an estimate, and we had a few feet more than were included in the big deal, which was ok with us. Their price was right, so it wasn't out of our reach. They came back as scheduled, went right to work, and had the 55 foot gutter and downspout installed in less than an hour. Nice people, good work and the colors matched perfectly. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Good folks!!!!

After reviewing Angie's List and visiting several websites, we contacted Andrew Merrick/Soltech Patio Covers and he came to our home on February 7, 2014. He had a very pleasant demeanor while remaining very professional and after listening to our thoughts explained in detail the products he provided and what he thought could be done for us. Later that evening, he e-mailed his proposal which seemed very reasonable but did not include the 10% reduction mentioned in the ad. After my contacting him and advising that we had both forgotten the discount, he immediately provided us with the new proposal and we agreed to the work. On February 18, 2014, two young men named Mike and Cal came to our home and demolished the old cover, took care of the light fixture and touch up putty and painting and removed all of the rubbish in less than three hours. The following day, February 19, 2014, two young men named Gav and Tony arrived to intall the new patio cover which they did in what I believe to be about 5 hours with what seemed like an incredible amount of materials and work and they left with our patio being immaculately cleaned. We are beyond satisfied with their work and I only wish I had another patio for them to cover. All of these young men were clean cut, polite, respectful of us and our property and confident enough in their products and work that when they spoke to you they looked directly into your eyes while speaking which is a plus for sure. Please do not hesitate to call this company. I plan on telling everyone I know about them.

I won't purchase the package again. I paid to much for the service that was performed. Before he came out it looked like it was dripping and needed some adjustments in areas. He inspected them. He did climb up on the roof and cleaned them. I thought that I need repairs and it turned out that I just need them cleaned out. I over bought. I would not use them again.

Aquatech showed up on time, they were friendly & professional. They installed a new 50 ft. seamless gutter to the front of our home including a downspout. Did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased. Cleaned up after themselves and the job took only about 45 minutes total. I told them which direction we wanted the downspout to go and where to attach it the side of our home and they said no problem. They did a great job and it looks wonderful. Would highly recommend them!!

Great service from Andrew at Aquatech. He was on time to teh appointment for the estimate and a week later his crew showed up on time and installed gutters on our 2100 sf home in about 2.5 hours. Very fast, courteous and they look great. The drain part of the gutters running along the walls of our house almost match perfectly as well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The cost is $7/foot. I think that is high for rain gutters. I didn't do all the guttering I needed since I thought the price was high. The gutters do look good and work well, no problem there.

The initial contact was handled by my wife, and she reports that they were quick and courteous. They honored the "Big Deal" even though we contacted them just after it expired. The installers called before coming over early on New Year's Eve. The installation went quickly and was done quite well. We just need to wait to get some rain to see how effective the added gutters are.

Aquatech installed a patio cover for me. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a cover or rain gutters.

They were great b/c I was getting solar so we had to delay for months. When I called they took awhile to get back to me. We played phone tag for a couple of days. Then they said they would be there on a Thursday they would start work and then I'd come home. I thought wow, they should've called. Then weeks later I went outside thinking that's strange they never called. To my surprise, I looked up and saw that they must had came that Thursday. And I was very impressed that I couldn't even tell. There was zero mess on the ground and the seams were flawless to the drain and on the gutter itself. I'd like to see how much they'd charge for a new no termite patio cover
