Aquatech Rain Gutters/ Soltech Patio Covers

First off, I was pleased that the inspector, estimator, agreed with me that we only needed a specific set of gutters that needed to be replaced. The price was great and I urged the other home-owners go with this bid. The worker arrived when he was supposed to and worked very hard in the heat of the day. It took longer then I was told, since the worker was by himself, I was not surprised. However, I could tell from observing, that the work was being done very well. We did have a problem at one point as we had a wasp invasion on one side of the building. He was not comfortable going up and finishing the job and I agreed with him. After telling him that I would treat the problem that night, he said that he would return the next day and finish, which he did to my great satisfaction! I would recommend this company, they are professional and do great work!!!!!!

No issues. Went with lower bid. It was probably a mistake. I may have to have these guys come out to correct the other guys' errors. This company came very highly recommended by my parents who also had work done by them. I should know by now (56 years old) - mother always knows best. ;)

Everything went fantastic. My estimator/salesperson was Jordan, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. After getting estimates from 3 other customers, I selected Aquatech, and contacted Jordan. He set up and installation date, and got back to me very quickly. On the install date, the installation crew of Galen and Brad arrived promptly, walked me thru the entire job to ensure we were on the same page, and then got to work. They were also very professional and easy to deal with, and extremely thorough. After about a 7-hour install job, they cleaned up very well, and then walked me thru the entire job again, this time to ensure that I was satisfied. My experience with Aquatech was truly outstanding, and I recommend this company in the strongest possible manner.

They came out and took the initial measurements, said they would call back within 24 hours, but never called us back. We have been in contact with somebody else with the company, who was shocked about the lack of communication, and assured us they would have him call us back. Two weeks later, we had still not heard anything, and called back again. When we finally got a hold of him, he had "family issues", and assured us he would call back, which he has not done.

they came when wasn't home(which is great because i work far away).i got home and they did an excellant job.no mess left and they did exactly what they said they would do for price agreed upon.when ever i did talk to someone they were great!!

I'd used these guys before, and I went right back to them this time. I wanted an additional downspout installed in the middle of my ranch-style home to run down a diagonal support and provide rainwater and overnight dew to a planter section that wasn't getting enough water - the plants at the far end underneath a downspout were doing much better so it seemed reasonable that more water meant better growth. Galan showed up on schedule (actually a little early) and after taking a look at the situation and my preferences got to work immediately. Thirty minutes later the work was done, and it was done well. OK, it's not a major remodeling effort, but it was quick, looks good, and it was reasonably priced. I'm pretty sure I would have spent the same amount of money on trips to the hardware store had I tried to do it myself. Call 'em. Talk to Lindsay.

Everyone on their team was professional and responsive. Jordan came out to measure and draw up the gutter and downspout details. He had been an installer so he could clearly explain the details of the job. I wanted to add a rain barrel to the scope. He emailed fact sheets for rain barrel options, a water utility rebate form and prices for the options. The price was reasonable so we added the work. Lindsay in the office handled the additional paperwork and scheduling. She re-confirmed the time of the installation the day before the work was scheduled. Tom and Evan did the field work, They were prompt, communicative and skilled. All were straightforward and cordial. A very stress-free experience.

I called them several times to come out and fix the gutter because it was at the wrong pitch so everything was backing up and water was spilling over the edge of the gutter. I got upset because they never called me back and I wrote a negative review on Angie's List. As soon as that happened, they called me, they came and they fixed the problem and now, it's perfect. Everything is fine now.

The two workers were amazing and they installed the rain gutter within the hour and were gone. I would recommend Equatec Raingutters to anyone wanting a beautiful seamless rain gutter installed. The gutter comes in different colors which made it nice.

When I first called, they were very polite and professional. The estimator, Jason, was punctual and professional. The original appointment on Friday to fix the gutter was delayed due to rain, but they quickly made a new appointment for the following Wednesday and indicated they would come out early if they had the availability. They showed up Monday morning, two days early and had our gutter fixed within an hour and a half - AND IT LOOKS PERFECT. These are 10 year old gutters and they matched the color exactly. It looks as though we never had an issue with the gutters.

Jordan, the estimator, was prompt and professional in drawing out the plan, and explaining the options. The work was scheduled within days of the estimate, and the crew was slightly late in arriving, but once started, they did an excellent job of installation.

Andrew and team were experts. They made a recommendation about the best color match and placement of down spouts to ensure curb appeal and proper drainage. The price was as I expected and they made a few recommendations to keep the costs lower. They even pointed out a roof issue so I could address it before permanent damage occurred.

I am very pleased with the great job that Aquatech did during the whole process of installing the rain gutters on my home.. I quickly received a quote and once I was ready for them to do the job, they made the paperwork simple to complete. The installers were friendly and on time. They worked quickly and cleaned up when they were done. The colored on the gutters matched my house perfectly. It has rained twice since they have put them up so I have seen that the gutters are working properly. I would definitely recommend them.

The service went great and they did excellent work. They were able to give a quote and completed the service in between having the painters out. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They were very professional. The office staff are very cordial, nice and extremely helpful. Jordan and Rizzo came out this morning at the specified time, did the work quicker than was estimated, and did a very good job. They were very professional and I am so happy with their work. By the time they were done one of my neighbors liked the job and asked them for their information so he could consider having them do theirs. The crew was professional and did what looked like a great job. The gutters looked clean and sturdy. What I did NOT do, and neither did the installers, was run water from a hose through the newly installed gutters to see if they worked! That was a mistake! After the big rains that we have just had the gutters are filled with standing water even though they are clean and free of leaves and debris. The gutters are so level that the water does not move toward the downspout. Not only that, but they are overflowing in the exact spot where there was a problem that I had them installed to fix; they are leaking onto a storm door that had water damage and was rebuilt and repaired earlier this year (2014). I called Aquatech three different times to see if they would make an adjustment so the gutters would flow, and I never received a call back. It is frustrating to spent the money and energy fixing a problem that does not get resolved and forces you to have to start over on it!

Easy to set initial appointment. I appreciate respect for what I wanted without upsell attempts. Price ended up better than Angie's deal and difference refunded - amazing integrity that is unfortunately uncommon in today's business world. Install occurred within days after initial appointment. Looks great and recent rains proved it works great too! Will definitely call again if needed, and highly recommend.

They were professional but the bid was higher than most other bids I received, so I am requesting a refund.

Andrew came out and looked over my situation. The morning sun shining on my windows was raising the inside temperature of my home. He suggested due to the small size of my patio that we put up a patio cover that was insulated to keep the heat off the area of my kitchen window and sliding patio door. On the day of installation his two man crew arrived with the cover and all the material they needed to complete the job. As they worked they picked up after themselves so nothing was blowing around. They laid everything out and installed the patio cover in good time. After the installation they cleaned up the area of any trash and residue from the installation. I highly recommend this company as I have had them due my gutter installation and this patio cover without any problems. Their installation techniques always results in an outstanding job.
