Description of Work: We were extremely disappointed. Showed them what we needed done, and then they did something different. We were very clear. When they came back to address the issue, they did not tell us they were coming. Then, they called and left a vm message, stating they don't do this kind of work! What? We told them and showed them what we needed. Then they did what they wanted...ensuring we were not present to see THEIR change of plans without consulting us. Totally unprofessional. We would NEVER EVER use this company again. ANGIE, take them OFF YOUR LIST.

Description of Work: Date of service 4/30/2015. Cost $698. 100 feet high capacity, 5 inch gutters.

Description of Work: Rain gutters were installed and connected to rain barrels and a storage tank. This ""deal" was purchased in July (2015). We waited 6+ weeks for them to come to the house to look at the job (2 simple 50 ft. gutters), and they were late for that appt. A second "inspection" was required, and again, they were late (2 hours). The gutters were installed Nov. 25. Again, they were 2 hours late and could not finish the job, due to lack of daylight. We were promised that the work would be completed in 2 days. A week later (once again 2 hours after the scheduled appt), the job was finally completed, 5 (!!!) months after purchasing this deal on Angie's list.

Description of Work: A very friendly, professional estimator (Ryan) came first. He discussed with us what was needed then measured and made a very reasonable estimate. That was mid September. Because of demand, our job could not be booked any earlier than late November. |We realized that there were changes we wanted to make, called the office, and discussed the changes. We were told they could be done. This included the addition of a rain barrel. |Today, Nov. 24 the crew showed up. Although they didn't get all of the change information, they called a representative from the office to come and sort things out. Dave showed up within a couple of hours and worked out the changes with us and the crew. The crew was friendly, very professional, and they reacted to the changes with no problems. | |The work was completed quickly and a very good job was done. | |

Description of Work: I purchased 2 deals for 100 feet of gutter. The process went very smoothly, the color match with our fascia was perfect. The install crew was quick and professional. The only thing I caught was they were dropping the down spout just 6 inches from the house. I asked if they could put an extension to take it a few feet further past the railroad tie boarder we have to keep the water a little further from the foundation - no problem.

Description of Work: We purchased two of the 50 foot rain gutter specials on August 11, 2015 and had an additional 10 feet added to the package. The men that came to the house were professional and the finished product looks and works great. The problem we had was the lack of communication with the office. I had to call them during each step of the process and I was always told that they had called me and left a message. Finally on the day of installation when the tech wrote a receipt we realized that they had the wrong phone number for our account. We purchased the package on August and 71 days later the product was finally installed, yet in spite of the delayed installation, we would use this company again.
