Aquatech Rain Gutters/ Soltech Patio Covers

It went very well and I couldn't be happier. Andrew, the owner, came out to measure and provided a detailed estimate. He was great at answering my questions. I selected Aquatech out of 3 companies that provided bids. The installation team arrived on time and cleaned up at the end. I am extremely pleased with the colors as they match my house paint very well and blend in. I would highly recommend this company.

Andrew Merrick and his crew replaced rain gutters on my house and a rental home I own. Everything went perfectly and the gutters look great - a work of art! They even designed a downspout to accommodate a tricky area on my house and it's perfect.

All went well. The work was well done with good material. We were going to use diverters on the roof to prevent rainwater from hitting the patio shade structure, but Andrew said don't to this - water can accumulate above the diverter and get under the shingles. he suggested a simpler approach that worked well. One downspot passed in front of three colors - Aquatech came back a second time at no charge with additional colored material and made a three color downspout - one color to match the trim under the roof, a second to match the wall, and a third color where thte downspout passed in front of the brick wall at the bottom, so it blended nicely. Recommended.

It went great. Andrew is a great guy. He got where he needed to go, not always easy for some contractors, and figured out exactly the right way to get the result we wanted. He gave us an estimate, and stuck to it. He even offered some suggestions as to other ways to help. He did the job in one long day (with his helpers). In an age where I am very wary of many contractors (though thankfully I know several very good ones), he is a great guy, his company is also great, and I wish him the best in the future. I heartily recommend him and would absolutely use him again.

Andrew called me back the same day & set up an appointment to meet with me for an estimate. He offered to come the next day, but because of my schedule it was a few days later. He looked at what needed to be replaced & gave me an estimate which included removal of the old ones. I called him a day later after we had decided to go with his company. They came out a couple days later & did a fantastic job! They were fast & very efficient.

Got estimate time and price. Agreed on time and price. He came the week agreed and he was in and out in less than a day.

I called their office and made an appointment for an estimate for a repair of a leaky gutter. Something came up and I wasn't able to meet with him in time, but Andrew kindly did the estimate while we were away and left it under the mat. Upon returning home, I called Andrew and we spoke about the estimate and his recommendations to fix our inadequate system. We then scheduled an appointment for the following week. Andrew was very friendly and clearly explained what he was going to do. The job did not take long, and now we can feel secure with the gutters and the upcoming rainy season. Great work.

They were very responsive, responsible and prompt. They were on time and the bill was according to the estimate. They did not try and do extra work.

This is a father & son operation. They pride themselves on their workmanship. They were great and their price was reasonable. I've referred them to my neighbors.

Jerry came out to give me an estimate and offered helpful suggestions on the best rain gutters for my home. He was very professional and courteous. I accepted the estimate and Aquatech came out and installed my new rain gutters within two weeks. The entire experience was easy. They did a fantastic job and the rain gutters look great. I felt very comfortable with Jerry, so I had Aquatech do the job while I was at work because I could tell this is a family business and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

I received three quotes. The quote I received from Aquatech Raingutters was very competitive and, unlike the other two quotes, was very complete. Everything I wondered about was included in writing on the quote. The owner, Andrew, was very helpful in the selection of colors. He sent actual samples rather than having me just select from a color chart. Andrew's crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very responsive to my needs and very happy to accommodate the space needs of another contractor I had scheduled for the same day. The crew worked diligently and quickly completed the project. I was very pleased with the outcome; the gutter colors were exactly what I expected and everything was neat and tidy when they left. I strongly recommend this company. We've now had our first rain and the gutters worked well.

I called Andrew and he was able to come out the next day to give us an estimate. He was very personable and down to earth. He first talked with us and asked us what we wanted. He then walked around our house, took measurements and made a drawing of our house and where all the gutters and downspouts would go. We were in the process of having our house painted, and were concerned because we wanted to choose a trim color that would match (or at least not clash) with the gutter color. He provided us with a sheet that had small color samples. He scheduled our install for the following week. I called him and told him that it was difficult to match paint with such small samples. He actually cut large samples of the aluminum in four different colors that we were considering and dropped them off at my office. The installation was seamless and both Andrew and his crew are top notch. Andrew really knows his product. The gutters look beautiful!

I got the company from Angie's list and called. He returned the call and came out and advised me on color, etc. The job was done a week later.

Andrew's father came around to give me an estimate. He was on time for our appointment and after a tour around the outside of the house, he showed me some problem areas and gave me solutions. On the day of installation, Andrew and his fellow worker were a little late, but had phoned me to let me know they were running late because of a traffic holdup on the freeway. The entire job took a half day; and I am very satisfied with the end result. I particularly appreciated Andrew pointing out a problem area where the roofer hadn't done his job properly that I have since, hopefully, had fixed.

Overall it went very well. Estimate equaled actual. They were on time and professional.

They returned my call promptly, unlike the other company I called who never returned my call at all. Andrew's dad came out to give me an estimate. He is a very nice, friendly guy with an interest in old houses (like mine). He was very helpful in advising me as to what I needed. Andrew and another guy came to do the work. They were prompt, did a good job, and were friendly and neat. Andrew only charged me for materials for an area that I thought had been included in the estimate but was not. Overall, I had an unusually good experience with this company.

Andrew and his coworker were professional and friendly (Andrew played cards with my 5 year old for a little bit after the project was done.) They arrived on time and did the work quickly. They did some extras like cleaning the leaves and debris off my roof.

They arrived early which turned out to be a fortunate since painting had to be done before the work contracted for could begin. The experience and the result was a very satisfying one. I am so glad I hired aquatech even though they were a little higher than the other bids. They were on time, careful, very interested in the end product and proud of their work.

They were quick and efficient. They sent out ''dad'' who is retired and the nicest of man, to do the estimate. The son and his wife own the business and they are very professional ''family'' business. A pleasure to work with.

Company was on time, both estimating and in doing the work. Took away old gutters and cleaned up yard. Very polite and showed me different color options. Pricing was comparable to other contractors.

They came when they said they would and got the work done. It has not rained since they installed them so I cannot see if they were installed correctly yet. I did not have other estimates so I cannot compare their prices.

I CALLED AQUATECH TWICE - LEFT A MESSAGE BOTH TIMES FOR ANDREW MERRICK. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK... I JUST HATE THAT!

DID A GREAT JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. MY GENERAL CONTRACTOR WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. IT SEEMS TO BE A FAMILY BUSINESS. ANDREW'S FATHER DOES THE ESTIMATING. THEY CAME UP WITH A GOOD PLAN AND DID THE WORK VERY PROFESSIONALLY. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

CALLED THEM TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGE TO CALL BACK. THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS. YOU CAN DROP THEM FROM YOUR LIST. FINALLY DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

WE CALLED ABOUT SIX COMPANIES ASKING FOR ESTIMATES AND ONLY THREE RETURNED OUR CALLS, ONE OF WHICH WAS AQUATECH. THE ESTIMATE WAS MADE IN A TIMELY FASHION, AND ANDREW WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS. IN FACT, THERE WAS A MISCALCULATION ON THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE THAT WOULD HAVE COST US MORE MONEY, BUT ANDREW HONORED THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. HE GAVE US A COMPLETION DATE, AND CAME THAT DAY, AND IT WAS FINISHED WHEN WE GOT HOME. THERE WAS NO DEBRIS LEFT OVER FROM THE WORK, AND YOU BARELY NOTICE THE RAINGUTTERS AS THEY BLEND IN VERY WELL TO THE HOUSE ARCHITECTURE. IN FACT, WHEN HE CAME OUT, HE THOUGHT THAT THERE WOULD BE A BETTER AESTHETIC OPTION WHICH HE USED WITHOUT CHARGING US EXTRA. THEY GAVE US A GOOD FEELING OF A FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY THAT TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, AND WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US.
