Aquatech Rain Gutters/ Soltech Patio Covers

- estimator was prompt and professional - repair work was efficiently and, as far as I could tell, expertly done - the price (250) was a bit high for ONE HOUR's work (for two men), but I would be quite happy if they fixed the leaking problem - I indicated N/A for quality, because I will know if the repair was successful after the first rain later in the year - the repair is guaranteed for 10 years, which is reassuring

The company came out and installed the pation cover. The service went fantastic and it look beautiful. They were on time, professional and polite. Excellent experience with this company.

Great experience. We had one quote from the big box store, and called Aquatech for a second. He came same day and gave us a quote that was nearly half of the big box quote! He returned to do the job about 3 days later on a Saturday morning. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently and quickly, and was done less than two hours. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Aquatech showed up on time for all appts. James made suggestions to improve the end result. James answered all my questions. Aquatech provided necessary docs. and drawings for assoc. to review and approve. 1st class service. Very pleased with the whole process. Install crew were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I've already recommended Aquatech to several neighbors. Don't hesitate to use these guys. They care about their customers which seems rare these days. Other companies should learn from them as to how to treat the customer.

Simple installation--looks good. Waiting for it to rain

I called and left a msg. I received a call the next day from the owners wife and was told he would be calling me back. I waited 2 days and then went to their office. I talked to his wife again and she apologized for him not calling me and that she would make sure he called. That was 5 days ago and still no call. I have used Angies list many times in the past and have always had great results. This company should not be on Angies list. I was trying to use them to get an Alumawood patio cover. They are not professional and shouldn't be in business.

It went very well. They were responsive and came right out to take measurements and provide a quote. Their professionalism, creativeness and price allowed me to select their company to do the job. After the job was complete I didn't like where they placed one post which they promptly moved to a better location. Their suggestions allowed me to have a patio cover that was higher than their competitors would have provided, which was a deciding factor. Andrew went out of his way to make sure I was happy.

The crew showed up at a reasonable time. Got straight to work. James consulted with me again about the post placements. They completed the first half of the job with the main posts and came back the next day and finished the top. It is beautiful, professional job. They received a B for professionalism because I don't believe an installer should spit out sunflower seeds on someone's property while they are working. I must say the clean up was excellent.

All went very well from estimate to installation. Worker did break one roof tile but Aquatech replaced it within a day at their expense. Overall I pleased with their work, their professionalism and the end result.

They came out and did the work for me. I was having gutter flooding problems and my gutters were detaching themselves from the house. They were able to take care of the problems and they even left me some paint to use for the house to do future touchup work.

It turned out very well. I would use them again.

We got idea from them about what to do as part of the area cannot have a gutter. They can put the gutter on top of the roof in a L shape. We can put flashing on top of the roof. We are trying to do our patio correctly this time. Both quotes we got were excellent. We will probably go with the cheaper quote. They are saying we can't use cement. We are looking into treks or PVC.

We schedule a day when my husband would be home; he actually turned up about 10 minutes early, which impressed me. He came out not only with pen and paper in hand but also great examples of gutters/colors we could choose from. He recommended colors to go with the house and he wrote up the order. Rather than determining the amount at the time, (because of the additional gutters) he e-mailed my husband later letting him know the price for the additional gutters. The day came for the workers to arrive and they too arrived on time and got right to work. When I got home after work that evening everything was done and looked GREAT. They suggested some changes to what we wanted and accomodated what we wanted. What an awesome company to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

They were great. It's one storey and its over three thousand feet so it had a lot of rain gutters and we also have outside patios and stuff. It was really inexpensive. There were very professional. They came when they told me they were going to and they did what they told me they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend people to hire them.

I needed a new patio cover and went through Angie's List. I took advantage of the "deal of the day" and contacted Aquatech Raingutters. The owner, Andrew, met with me and and brought samples and color choices. He took measurements and emailed an estimate to me a few days later. The whole process from dismantling and removal of my old patio structure and building the new one took only two days. Very pleased with the patio cover and the work done.

They came out for an estimate on the date listed above and they seemed really professional and upbeat about the job. They stated they would call back the next day. It has been a little over two weeks and I have yet to hear anything from this company.

A sales person named James came out and took measurements of my 2 story home. We discussed what I wanted done and the cost of each item. He was very knowledgeable about his product. Because of that I think I spent more than I had intended, but I am happy with the job and the service I received. It took me several (like 5 or 6) months to actually have them come out and put up the rain gutters and down spouts. They were excellent at following up with me to see when I wanted to get started with the job. They would call every few weeks or so to see if I was ready to get the work done. It was nice to not have been forgotten. Three guys showed up when expected and were done before I knew it. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of rain gutters!!

We have owned our home in Escondido for 18 years. 15 years ago we had a large Alumawood Patio cover installed on the rear patio. We finally decided to install another cover on the side patio that ajoins the back cover. We purchased on Angie's list the $200 coupon that results in 40% off the install from Aquatech. I was a little worried since the package was for a small 150' cover and I needed close to 200'. Aquatech guaranteed the same price for a larger patio @ 11.10 per sq ft! After the original visit, they had made a mistake in the square footage measurement. They came right back out at my convenience and re-measured. They immediately sent out the re-quote via e-mail that day. The day of installation, I worked from home and observed their methods. They are extremely meticulous in their work and very professional. The owner stayed for the entire morning shift to ensure that everything was in order (measuring, support placements, etc) before he left the team to complete the meat of the install. He even brought me outside to show me where the placements should go and asked if I was OK with them. After completion, I performed a walk around inspection and pointed out a small area that needed touch-up paint and they fixed it. They even left me the bottle of touch-up paint and some self-tapping screws for when I decide to hang patio blinds. The cover color is nearly identical to the other cover and house trim, so I don't have to paint which makes me very happy. I only have one suggestion for Andrew the owner: recommend use a shop-vac for clean up rather than a leaf blower so that the small metallic shavings and Styrofoam pieces are not spread over the lawn. That small point doesn't take anything away from the 5 star job though. I am very happy with the look and price value of my new patio cover; just in time for the Father's Day barbeque we are hosting. A tech came out and inspected our gutters and I explained where we wanted to add the additional gutters and downspouts. He made some recommendations about downspout locations and gave us a quote for paintable gutters. We had them do the work and everything was well done.

Good product. Crew was very neat and quick. They are real pros.

I called on Monday, 5/13 for work. Received a call back on Monday and scheduled an estiamate for 5/14. At the estimate they clearly explained the importance and the priority areas for installing rain gutters. I had purchased 2-50' deals for a total of $700. This would cover my entire house. They used the same rate to cover my garage. This will help me whole hardscape so I no longer have ponding in my patios. Prior to aquatech I had 35' of rain gutter, now I have 148'. The other neat thing was that they have 30 color choices, I picked a color that matched the house trim and the awning columns. They scheduled work on 5/16 and took 3 hours for 2 guys, even with a 2 story home. They look really sharp.
