I was sent a email within 1 hour of my request and my tenant was called to set up appt within the next hour. Technician was on time and efficient. Excellent customer service.

Jeff came to my house to repair my sons ceiling fan and light. Jeff was professional, took time to explain to me what he needed to do, and even went to Home Depot to buy me a new remote.

He did an additional fan for $40. We were very pleased

Jeff from Michael Dove was prompt and professional. He listened as I pointed out the issues and outlet locations around the house, then got right to work. We are completely happy with our new outlets and fix for exterior garage lights. We will use Michael Dove for future projects and request Jeff if available.

The work was scheduled a few days after I contacted Dove. He provided a fixed price for completing three of the projects and an hourly estimate for the fourth. The electrician was on time both visits. I was given a two hour window for the second visit and the electrician called to say he would arrive closer to the end time due to traffic. The electricians were very professional. They reviewed my requirements with me to make certain they completed the work the way I wanted. They completed the work quickly. Importantly they put down drop clothes in all areas where they worked and walked to avoid getting any dirt on our floors. They cleaned up after them selves. At all times they were courteous and demonstrated a respect for our home and belongings. I will use Dove for any future work.

Wonderful!!!!! I will use Mr. Dove and his crew again when I re-do the garage. Mr. Dove is very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to work with. His fees were very reasonable-

We reviewed all the possible deals available but we couldn't make it work and made more sense to not use one of the deals, so I requested a refund.

He did not have the right tools. I have some kind of transformer that takes like 220 current and turns into a 110 current and so I said does that transformer go to the light that lights up my house and he said I really don't know. He just did not get stuff finished. He gets it half done and say and okay I think you need a new transformer right take this to an electrical wholesaler and have them make sure that its a bad transformer but anyway he took it off so I don't have the transformer hooked up. he could not fix the light in another place because he could not get in. I just was disappointed and I kept thinking well maybe if I give him one more project he can do the next project well. It just kind of went from bad to worse. We tried to change the light bulbs at a 23 foot ceiling in my main entry and so he had an extended ladder and an extension pole and instead of him getting up on it he pushed his Mexican worker on it who does not speak English and has never done it before and then he locked the room. He does not really know what he is doing. I just felt it was unprofessional. I paid him additional money. I paid him a lot more money than the Angie's list price to see if he could get everything accomplished. Many things left unaccomplished. He was frustrated and I was frustrated and then I got his bill.

The service went on well. The guy who came over was fine. He was efficient, showed up on time and did a good job. I hired him to fix something and there was some hours left. So he did a couple of other small jobs.

There was a problem with the scheduling and there was a real mix up. They some how went to my business address which is in Beria and nobody showed up. We had to call the actual contractor but it worked out. They had to come over and they stayed over to finish it. They did it in one day instead of two. Overall they did a great job. I would tell others about them. We have had people compliment their job and other kitchens cannot compare to what they did in ours. The deal was for 900$ but we had about 4 lights replaced for an additional cost.

The company responded immediately after I purchased the Angie's List deal and scheduled the appointment. Two electricians showed up on time with all the necessary materials, and within 4 hours they had the old fixture out and the new in. They completely closed off the kitchen with plastic so there was no dust or debris. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all the parts of the old fixture and the packaging of the new. The edges and calking on the recessed corners and ceiling are perfectly smooth and finished. These men, Peter and Jake, did craftsman quality work. The new ceiling is gorgeous and the light is brighter than my old fixture, which is excellent for work in the kitchen. I smile every time I look at it; I could not be happier.

The job went fine. They installed the new outlet quickly, re-routed a cable from the outside wall, and installed an outdoor outlet. Overall it was a good deal.

We had wanted to replace the ugly boxed lighting in our kitchen. Communication to set up appointment was excellent (fast responses) and we were able to schedule quickly (within a couple of days). Tom called to notify us he was on his way and arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The work area was draped and taped to minimize dust/debris, the floor was covered and the work done quickly and neatly. Wow, what a pleasure! We have a few other lighting projects and will definitely use their services again.

He arrived on time and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend his services. The outdoor lighting looks great and the outlet installed was perfect.

Everything went quickly and smoothly. I finally know what all of the circuit breakers are hooked up to and have a better idea of how the circuits in the house are wired.

fine - didn't realize that the regularly installed type of box wasn't possible due to the amount of 'reconstruction' this would require - so the newly installed box sticks out - now ok with it.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism from Michael Dove and his employee Jeff. He always got back to me in a timely manner, even on a Sunday. Jeff was prompt, courteous and effeicient. It was excellent. There was no problem; it's great.

Husbands notices the difference in the house temperature. There are no complaints. The electrician was very nice. It was easy to schedule an appointment. We might use this company again in the future if the price is right. They worked well with my time frame.

Technician trouble shot and took a while to discover the issue and figure out a solution. But happily, he was able to fix it. Professional, nice guy. No complaints. I didnt think it would take so long to fix (which used up my 2 hours of electrical work coupon plus some), but other than that, it was all good.

While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

They arrived to my house within two hours, and knew exactly what to do, and fixed my spa which has not worked in a week, I like to use it everyday.. I will call Micael Dove Electrical for all my electrical needs in the future very quick and thorough thanks to them I can enjoy my spa again

It went really well! They did a great job! They did a job that many not have been able to be completed in the time frame, but they came in and got down to business.
