I am extremely happy with my garage door and garage door opener. The salesman took his time in helping me pick my products based on my personality, needs and house style. I love it!!!! The opener is extremely quite...even my dogs don't hear it so they don't go rushing around the house to get out. Everyone from the salesman, scheduler and installer was friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you OnTrac!!!! I did a lot of research on products and companies and OnTrac lived up to it's reputation.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Technician was very personable and keep me informed of what he was doing and why. After all was installed and adjusted he provided information and time table for oiling and greasing the worm drive and the rollers to keep it operating longer.

The work turned out good. They were on time and did the work appropriately. Their price might have been a little bit on the high side, but the quality was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

HE WAS ON TIME DIAGNOSED WHY OUR GARAGE DOOR WAS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY. HE GAVE A COMPLETE EXPLAINATION AND AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THE DOOR. WE ACCEPTED AND HE WAS ABLE TO DO IT RIGHT THEN. SAME DAY SERVICE WAS GREAT.

They showed the same day and we did not have to wait for a long time. They knew what they were doing and they brought parts with them. They fixed the problem in one trip. Everything is good and nothing has broken since. They were reasonably priced. The quality of work they did was excellent.

They did an excellent job. They were very friendly, professional and punctual.

They gave us a very nice presentation. They were very professional and very easy to talk with. We didn't go with them but we were very happy with how they handled things. We don't know how much they quoted us for, because it's my husband who decides. We thought they were excellent. They showed up right on time and they offered us a very good package.

The bid was set up quickly and the sales rep/estimate person, Ron, called before he came to let us know that he would be running a little bit late. He seemed knowledgeable and was not pushy. He had told us that the door we wanted may or may not be in stock, but that since it was the weekend that he wouldn't be able to tell us straightaway, but that someone from their Temecula office would call us by Wed. to let us know the status of our door and to setup the installation date/time. Wed. rolled around and nobody from On Trac had contacted us, so I contacted them. I spoke to Alice and when she returned to the phone she told me that her manager gave her a date when the door would be delivered to them. She then proceeded to tell me the date and time that they would be coming to my home to install the door. I wasn't given any options which I thought was sort of weird. I also thought it was sort of weird that they seemed to have all this information about the door I had purchased but didn't contact me. I had to contact them. Not a deal-breaker, but weird. The week before installation Alice called me to let me know my install date and time. When I commented that I had already spoken to her, she seemed to have no recollection. Maybe it was a reminder call but it seemed like if I hadn't called them initially that this would have been the first time I'd have known about the install date/time. Again, strange, but I am kind of particular. The day before the install Alice called again to let me know the install time changed. Luckily I was going to be home all day, but again I thought it was sort of annoying that I was TOLD the time not ASKED if it was okay. Regardless, the installer (Alan) showed up on time with all the appropriate things. He was friendly and went over the entire system with me. The only weird thing that happened with him was that at one point he asked my husband to help him hold something heavy up to help with the install. I wonder what he would have done if my husband hadn't been around? The installation took about 4.5 hours. Overall, the customer service/follow-up wasn't perfect but everything went smoothly in the end. We love the new garage door and the opener is whisper-quiet.

We are possibly having more stuff done than most people do. My husband thought the lady who came out explained everything really well and she was particularly professional. We haven't made a decision, but we'll probably use them. The quote was similar to the other prices we got.

The price was really reasonable as I did not have to pay much at all. My garage door is back on track and working great! The guy that came out was a real professional, he was on time and very courteous.

I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE FAST, PROMPT SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER AND VERY COLD. ON TRACK CAME AND SERVICED ME QUICKLY.

The workman was a real gentleman. He knew exactly what to do and did it very efficiently. It has been working great ever since. The cost to just come to your house is $100. I was not charged for any parts. I would highly recommend this Company.

I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH BOTH THE SERVICE and THE PRODUCT. THE DOOR OPERATION IS QUIET and SMOOTH. THE INSULATION HELPS KEEP THE TEMPERATURE EVEN IN THE GARAGE.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, COMING OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS TO SHOW ME SAMPLES AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEY CAME OUT IN 5 DAYS WITH THE NEW DOOR AND OPENER. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG TO REMOVE AND INSTALL THE DOOR AND OPENER. WORKERS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THE DOOR AND OPENER FIT PERFECTLY.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND I THINK IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN THE TIME THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE DONE IN. THEY FIXED EVERYTHING, HOWEVER, SINCE NOTHING WAS WORKING BEFORE.

WELL, THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB. I LIKE MY NEW DOOR, AND I THINK THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTH AND QUICKLY. THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW.

I WOULD SAY THAT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THERE'S NOTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY THAT I DID NOT LIKE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY ELSE.

THE ON TRAC INSTALLER KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE ARRIVED TO MY HOME AT 10:00 A.M. AND COMPLETED THE JOB BY 1:00 P.M. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE FAST, NEAT AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR CALLS. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IN THE FUTURE.
