Excellent. Technician worked diligently, and longer than planned to resolve the mismatched frequency issue, through no fault of the new opener unit (neighborhood electrical interference). Am very pleased with his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. The LiftMaster unit was installed at a very reasonable cost and is good quality. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Went through Costco and OnTrac was the partnered installer in my area. Had a good experience with the sales rep and walked me through the different options. Costco gave back a cash card as well depending on the amount of the service. Overall great quality and installed successfully without any issues in one day. They ran late but even brought in 3 guys to do the job which ended up finishing in the same time fashion as one guy that was originally scheduled.

On Trac had installed a opener that began to hit the open stop without slowing as programmed. Technician responded to my call within hours, trouble shot the problem and returned with replacement motor. Could not have been more punctual or professional.

Angel, our repairman was very nice and professional. He fixed the problem and told us that the repair should last another year or two, but that we might want to replace the springs eventually at a cost of $600. The repair he did was warranteed for 90 days. Then, on Saturday, the day before Father's Day, at 6:30 AM, about 75 days after the first repair, the same roller popped out of the track and we couldn't close our garage door. We had a lot of valuables in our garage, and I couldn't leave my wife and baby home with the garage door open. I called On Trac, but the one tech they had working was out in the Palm Springs area. They had no one else to send, and suggested I call back on Monday. They were completely useless. I ended up having to call a local service out and pay an additional $114 to re-repair what On-Trac had done. While On-Trac called me on Monday to schedule an appointment, it was too little, too late. It's nice to provide a 90 day warranty, but if you don't stand by your work and honor the warranty on the day the door breaks, and you leave your customer hanging for two days, it's not worth the paper it's printed on.

It went fine. They were prompt, did a great job, and cleaned up after the work was completed. By far, the most reasonably priced with a choice of standard colors. Other companies wanted 6 to 8 weeks to complete job, with Ontrac we were done in 1 1/2 weeks. Made sure I understood how to use the door and insisted with a "test" to make sure everything was fine.

My garage door opener was beginning to go bad, not opening when buttons pressed on remotes or wall unit (just buzzed). I had a nice, local garage door repairman come out and check it. It worked while he was here, but he said that due to the huge wood beam and low roof in my garage, no current opener is made that would fit to replace my old one when it finally dies. I would need a Liftmaster side opener. I saw traveling roadshow display at Costco from this company, signed up for an estimator to come out to see what I needed. Nancy arrived on time, looked at everything and discussed all options. I had dings in old roll up door, would cost as much to replace two panels (which were out of production) as get new door with current sale price so I upgraded. They had to order door, took 3 weeks, then set up install date. Single installer punctual. arrived in the 7-9am promised slot. He dismantled old door, panel at a time, old rails, old opener with center driveshaft, old springs. I opted for premium hardware, wind bracing struts, labor for life warranty. He hauled away everything, cleaned up completely. I got insulated door because old garage would get very hot in summer in the first few feet behind old door, no longer. May help on A/C needs this summer. Installed Liftmaster Jackshaft with 2 remotes, interior remote monitor, wall remote, outside door keyless pad, wireless remote dual light bulbs unit that needed only an outlet. Spring upgrade for 50,000 cycles vs standard 10,000. Installer tried to activate my car's homelink system to open door but it would not work. Door has deadbolt feature. Installer explained everything and made sure it all worked before leaving. Called the office, needed an upgraded remote for Homelink, which they ordered and sent to me at no additional charge, and it worked. Door was trimmed top and sides, bottom new insulated rubber. Turns out this unit allows me to remotely view and activate opener from cell phone anywhere. Overall the company was prompt, courteous and everything has been working fine. The door is quiet, the remote monitor in the house beeps when door going up or down, and it lets us know when someone is coming home before the dog knows. We are happy with it so far and would recommend the company to anyone.

Nancy the sales representative was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to give us some very helpful suggestions on choosing the right garage door for us. The installation time was between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. The installers arrived around 7:30 and began the installation right away. They were very proficient and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done. The lead installer, Joel was very nice and went over the checklist with us to make sure we understood the operation and safety features of the garage door. Overall, we are very happy with this product.

The insulation in the garage has dropped the heat in the garage so much that the house is now cooler. They were priced appropriately. I had another company come out to provide an estimate and their cost was more with a product of less quality. With On Trac Garage Door, I added more features to the door and it still cost less than the other company. Their quality of product is great. The installation was completed by one technician. He took out all the side railings and installed everything brand new. The job took about three hours and came in under the time he projected. I am very happy with the way that the installation went and the service as well.

I am the owner and the work was completed on a rental unit. I was not onsite for the visit, but was contacted appropriately throughout the scheduling, work and payment. I would use them again. Everyone was very pleasant, arrived when said, without disturbing the tenant as much as possible, and I have had zero complaints about the work.

Smooth install. Technician first diagnosed springs that were in serious need of retensioning (you could barely budge the door manually), which was a $45 upsell, but well worth it (now the door is light as a feather). Install was otherwise near perfect. The new opener is whisper quiet and includes all the current safety features (our prior door had none).

It went very well. The only problem was they sent only one person to do a 2 man job. Our old garage door needed to be removed and disposed of. It was too heavy for him, so I needed to help him. I shouldn't have had to help him, however I felt sorry for him - they should have sent a helper to help him. It wasn't good for my bad back - helping him. He did an excellent job! I was very happy with all that he did. His company should provide a helper for him in the future.

Two calls and one email. No response. First time I called was on a weekend and spoke to an answering service waited a few days and called again and once again left a message and no response. I tried the contact us form on the website and still no response till today.

Quite happy. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were on time and friendly. Matched price of competitor that was 10% lower. Good product and smooth installation. Just about as good as you can expect. Would definitely recommend.

The estimator was on time and gave me a quote and explained all my options. My order was taken. On the scheduled date two skilled installers installed the door and opener. The company does great work and it was a great experience!

It started off very well from the company, they answering me back with in hours and 2 representivies called to confirm the service time and date. The next day a technician called the house and asked if he could come by earlier than expected because he was in town already (always a good way to start a customer relationship). He was very knowledgable and professional, after looking at the door and explaining what would have to be done, he wrote down some info of mine and said they would email me an offical quote for replacement. Here is were it starts to go down hill. The company didn't email me back with the quote and i was not in a hurry so i waited about a week and then called. Talked to a rep and she said that the info the tech got was not right and they contacted the correct company for a price on replacement parts for the brand that i had, so i understood and waited again for another week, still no responce. Talked to a second rep and his responce was and quot;oh you didn't get that yet, let me respend itand quot;. After two more phone calls with that same rep i finally got the quote about a month later. good thing i was in no rush to get my door replaced. One minor problem so far but CS was good and problems do happen. There products seem like quality and i am still planning on getting them to replace my door. i still want to use them because Costco also uses them to do business and i am waiting on the funds from the pizza guy that hit my door in the first place.

I recently bought a house with a very old garage door opener and I couldn't get it to work with an after market remote control. Jose from Ontrac apprised me of all my options, actually offering to do nothing with no charge for service call. Saying if he made any attempts he'd have to charge me. He attempted to program the opener with no luck. I opted for a new opener with battery back-up because there's no back door access to the garage. The first unit he installed stopped working as he demonstrated it to me. It was the day before New Years Eve and he couldn't get a definitive answer on the problem from either his office or the manufacturer. He returned at 7am the next morning to Long Beach from San Bernadino with a NIB opener, installed it and all is well. Kinda pricey, but the service was worth it. I'd definitely use them again. Jose is an excellent representative for his company. He put in a lot of effort to make it right.

I have a very old garage door opener at my daughter's condo that had stopped working. I had just purchased 3 new remotes for it and I was upset thinking I would need to replace the opener and have to buy all new remotes. Fortunately they were able to just repair the opener instead of replacing it. I know other companies would have recommended that I replace the whole opener since they would have made more money. This is the second time I have used this company, having used them to repair my openers at home a few months ago. I have been more than satisfied both times.

I would rate them A. Their prices are good. He did a great job and made sure the garage door worked well. Also, he did a great job to explaining what he was doing. He was also honest and fair.
