Description of Work: It's been 8 months since my mother's garage door was installed. It's working great and we, in the family, have been pleased with its installation, quality and features. Our installer, Adan, was friendly, polite and completed the entire removal of the old, heavy, wooden door and the install of the new door and opener all by himself. We were amazed! My cousin had his door done too, by On-Trac, and he's also very happy with his new door.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate. After receiving 3 estimates, I chose to go with On Track. They removed my old wooden door and disposed of it, installed my new door and explained how to use all of the devices that came with the door. They were prompt,professional,knowledgeable,and a pleasure to do business with. I have called for assistance with questions after installation, and the customer service is impeccable.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Description of Work: Needed to replace the entire side hardware of a 30 year old door. Plus four new springs. It took almost a month to order the part but maybe that was because to door was so old. ?? That is the only complaint I have. When he did come,it took a few hours and my door is like new. He even grease the track to the motor and it doesn't make noise anymore.

Jeff Bowles was original tech to visit...ensured shop follow up with us to ensure job got done. great overall experience.

Description of Work: From the in home sales to the measurements to the installation, their work is excellent! It was worry free all the way through. Technician was very informative as far as explaining all details of the doors and maintenance. All old products and clean up were hauled away. Would definitely recommend them! We had two new doors installed to replace 25 year old wooden doors.
