Description of Work: The repairman diagnosed a problem with my dryer. He was nice, professional, and seemed to know his business. I felt the cost was high for a diagnosis after 30min. Getting a diagnostic check on my car was cheaper. I also felt there was a conflict of interest. My dryer was going to be $350.00 to fix and the repairman was quick to mention that Zajic had dryers for sale. Given another chance, I would use somebody else.

Description of Work: Brian from Zajic arrived on time and was very professional. It was an easy fix/replacement of my microwave oven door. But there was a cover on top of the door that was also broken. He was able to fix the cover without replacing it by putting some screws, something I have never thought about doing. I only paid for the door not the cover.

Description of Work: Purchased a new dishwasher from Zajic. Very helpful on the phone before we went in. They didn't carry the exact model that my wife wanted, so they ordered it and beat Lowe's sale price. Very pleased with the experience overall. The delivery was on time and a reasonable window. I really like that if we have a problem with the unit during the warranty period we just call Zajic instead of trying to deal with the manufacturer call center

Description of Work: Needed repair on washing machine. Guy came out and found it was the pump and drive belt. Had it repaired immediately. Repositioned the machine in the cabinet, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. We will invite him back .

Description of Work: We have an older refridgerator that stopped cooling. They came out in January to fix it. It stopped working again in February - 2 days after the 30-day warranty expired! They were willing to honor the warranty. We were so grateful. But it turned out to be a different problem - which we suspected to begin with. The serviceman was very professional and personable. He told us exactly what was going on. We were very pleased with everything about this company, but the person on the phone when we called, to the serviceman who came out.

Description of Work: Justin of Zajic serviced my 12 year old Maytag washer. I called Zajic because water was accumulating in the washing machine. Apparently, it was the spin cycle that was the issue. Justin diagnosed the problem efficiently, repaired it so that the spin cycle was again working and the washer drained. He checked the operations of the entire machine and said it all tested properly. I was contemplating replacing the washer entirely and, needless to say, Justin's professionalism and skill saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this company in light of the skill of the technician who professionally and speedily repaired the appliance.

Description of Work: I was in need of all new appliances for a kitchen remodel and had been to the 'big box' stores and came away frustrated with the choices and the lack of consistency among staff. And then I found Zajic! The salemen were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I was able to tell them what I wanted, and they helped me to find it. And I even got a deal for purchasing all of the appliances together.

Description of Work: Can't recall the specific date or how much we actually spent given this was months ago. Still, they were efficient and did a good job. The dishwasher was on its last legs and they propped it up, letting us know it was a matter of time before it would die. So, we ultimately bought a new dishwasher. However, the one they repaired worked when we replaced it.

Description of Work: Sometimes problems present themselves no matter how good a company is. It is how the company responds to those challenges that I look for. Zajic was called out to replace an existing cooktop and hood vent (original) in a 1954 home. There were some unforseen challenges and I thought the total charges by them were in excess of what they should have been. They agreed and refunded me the agreed upon amount. They did not have to refund me anything as they DID quote what the charges would be but there were some unexpected twists. They did not hesitate in agreeing to a refund. They were professional both in the store and in the field and I just called them out again .......to now fix a washing machine. Thanks Zajic! Steve Kuhn
