Mr. Basem Tawadrous, the owner/operator, promptly diagnosed my problem with a broken & non-functioning garage door opener. He came prepared to remove the old broken unit and install a new, more powerful, smarter unit (well known, high-rated name brand). Mr. Tawadrous even went the extra mile and helped solve a serious automobile collision situation that would have interfered with his work. He is simply AMAZING! He is meticulous, cautious and safety minded. He cleaned up after his work and went through the operation of the new unit in fine detail. I HIGHLY recommend him for any garage door problem or new installation. He has my utmost trust and he is a sincere man. I really cannot say enough good things about him.
