I’m very impressed with how fast Basem responded to my call. I backed up into my garage door at 5am. I called St. Mary Service Garage Doors. He came to my house within 20 min and fixed my garage door!

Basem takes great pride in his work. He ensures that his customers understand how the mechanics work and why certain parts need replacing. He does fantastic work and for a very reasonable price. He also tuned up and cleaned my whole garage door mechanism, and rather than selling me a new motor for my old one, he said to let it run until it quits! Basem responded immediately to my request for a pro and was here at 8 am the next morning. Excellent workmanship and Basem is a kind and honest person. I will definitely call him when my motor comes to its end! I definitely recommend Basem!

A total professional. Basem was courteous, knowledgeable and provided extra service that was unexpected. If you want the job done right, Basem is the person to call for your garage door problems.

Basem is the owner operator of the service. He was prompt in returning my call for information and prompt in arriving at my home for installation of a new garage door opener. He did much more than remove the old opener and install the new one. He gave the door a full "tune up" including tightening all the screws, removing old grease and leaving behind a fully functioning, much quieter, modern door and door opener. He also found some worn out parts that he replaced at a reasonable cost. I found him easy to work with and anxious to do an excellent job, which he did.

Basem was very thorough in his work. The tension coil on my opener broke after less than 4 years which Basem explained to me was the incorrect coil. The cost was also reasonable. I will have him do an annual check on my garage door.

Basem is Honest and upfront. He replaced both springs on my insulated (heavy) two-car garage door. He aslo serviced it and adjusted the garage door opener.
