Basem responded immediately to my request for help and came out same day to fix our garage door. He carefully explained everything that need to be done and why. He recommended replacing one garage door spring with two, replaced 3 broken hinges, and repaired the electric door opener. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and thoroughness.

Came out on a Sunday night for no extra charge. Explained issue and had the part on hand. Took 45 minutes. Lubricatied door and serviced all hinges and the springs tested repair and adjusted lift opening tension by adjusting springs. Pleasant to deal with I would recommend his services.

Basem was able to come out on a Sunday to provide a free estimate with options we could decide between for repair or replacement. Our door required a replacement which was able to be completed within two days. Basem went to multiple places to find the door we chose and get the project completed ASAP.
