I originally asked for a quote,but was told the total amount over the phone and he could install at the same time. I agreed. Once there he tried to sell me the maintenance. I told him I only had the amount he quoted. I also did not know what the maintenance involved. At the end of the job he sprayed WD40 on the brackets and tightened them. He told me that was the maintenance and wanted an extra $65. I did not like the fact that he did this and wanted to be paid when I told him I didn't have the extra money. NEED TO DO ONLY WHAT THEY QUOTE.
