Besem came out the day we called. He was fully vaccinated and masked. He was able to repair our garage door on the spot. He had everything he needed. Other companies indicated we would need new panels or a new door and it would take weeks. He completed the job for a very fair price.

Basem came the same day that we called. His company had excellent reviews. I requested a vaccinated person who would wear a mask. He was able to repair on-site and did not needi to order parts. He had everything he needed. The price was very fair compared to other quotes.

This is the second time I have used them. Both times they have arrived and provided a quote after looking at the garage door. They then start work then tell me its going to be more money. And then a few minutes later they tell me its even MORE money. They should be taking the time to look into the issue before changing the quote after starting work. It has ended up 2X the initial estimate each time. And the second time I paid to have a replacement of what they installed the first time. Just did not feel right. I really do not like providing negative reviews but each time they have come I felt like I was being taken advantage of. On the plus side, they will come out very fast which is great. So if you want quick service then go with them but make sure you are clear on the price before starting the project.
