Basem Tawadrous was absolutely excellent---prompt, very courteous, knowledgeable, and showed me how to lubricate my garage door tracks and spring. He gave me the 3-D oil for the garage door plus provided me with a new garage opener for me to keep on my driver's side window visor. He does have a heavy accent (Egyptian), but we were able to communicate effectively.

Basem is an amazing guy, Showed up at the house 10 minutes before our appointment. Finished the job as promised. He suggested changing a piece of cheap crap from overhead door e replaced with good material product by Chamberlain, lifetime warranty. On top of that we made friends. Highly recommend this guy
