Basem (the owner) showed up an hour after we talked on the phone. The estimate was reasonable and work (replace broken garage door springs) was completed on the spot. He also made a few adjustments to the opener so it would run more efficiently. I definitely recommend St. Mary's.

A few points that I like to share: 1. Called and showed up within one hour. 2. Technical competence: Weight my garage door and determine the right size of garage spring. Current broken one are not the right size. 4. Recommend me to the right size of the garage door spring so it won't overwork the garage opener. 5. After the right size spring installed, garage door is easy to lift with the garage door opener dis-engage: Can lift with just one finger. 6. Gave me an excellent warranty period: 5 years.

Overall, the guy that did our garage door did a great job fixing the garage door and help adjusted the door to work properly. But after the repair done, he wanted my father to paid him more because he help to adjusted the door to work properly. My father end up paid him more than the initial agreement for him to work on the job.
