Outstanding Service. Prompt, professional, very helpful. I would hire the company again. I do believe the cost I agreed to vs. the price HA advised I should pay were different. Given the circumstances I agreed to the higher amount. Overall it was a good experience.

Prompt, good service. The quoted price was $75 then charged $100 but I was not clear why. Then I was told they are not making any money at $100, but a high rating would be how they make money. The technician forwarded a link to me in my presence to give him a rating then walked me through each page of the rating. I felt pressured to give a high rating in his presence, then afterward gave a more thoughtful rating as my conscience dictated.
