Originally I gave 5-star reviews as he was standing over me. Then he tried to up the price for **all the extra work** he did. To my eyes, that was part of the service. I will not use him again if I have issues. He seemed shady after the fact. And I needed to be there to **help** him with the work. I wish I had gone with another service. Also, he wanted water in the end. Not asked for one. Acted like I was obligated to give him one. I do not play that game.

He is so kind and expert. Everything was perfect.

I was the customer, a woman but he kept speaking to my guy friend. It was as though I wouldnâ t understand it being a woman. And Iâ ve made my own decisions on my houses for 30 years.

Called and Basem was here within 20 minutes. He replaced 2 cables and tension spring. Checked entire system and reserviced the entire garage door mechanism and garage door openers. May I say that prior to beginning his work, he had to remove mountains of "stuff" in the area just to be able to begin the project. He was extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any work requested of him.

A great gu!! punctual, professional, clean work, easy going. I called him he came by fast and gave a quote after a brief but excellent explanation of the work he gone do. I gave him green and he came on the next day on time, and completed the in less than 3 hours way before scheduled time. I am more that satisfied with the quality of his work.
