Description of Work: SheCan added a bathroom and a utility room. Excellent work and good to work with.

Description of Work: Terri Harris (President and CEO of "SHECAN2") came to my home for a consult on refurbishing everything in both my bathrooms. She was professional and fun and honest and I hired her to complete the mentioned work. Details still not totally in place, but the actual work will not begin until late April as per my request. I highly recommend this business. With Terri at the helm, she is a dream contractor, easy to work with, has great suggestions and exudes professionalism and honesty.

Description of Work: We are in the very early stages of considering a master bath remodel. I reached out to SHECAN2 via phone on March 9 requesting that I be contacted about the project. My return call came almost 2 weeks later informing me that they were very busy and that caused the delay in responding. If they are that busy then they don't need my business. Very poor customer service. I won't call again.

Description of Work: SheCan2 crew demo'd and completed remodeled my master bathroom. They implemented my vision to a "t". They were professional, punctual, on budget. When a challenge arose with the aged water main valve for my house, they coordinated with the city and replaced it, keeping the project on time and budget. They take great pride in their work and it showed.

Description of Work: They demolished and rebuilt the wood deck. They were punctual and did nice work using good wood for the deck.

Description of Work: I had a very small job -- repair of two drawers that had come apart -- which I felt was too small to get the attention of a carpenter or contractor. So I took the drawers to them and they completed the repairs within a few days at what was a fair price since one just seemed to have disintegrated (darn pressed board!). Very nice people, too.

Description of Work: They never returned after coming to my home, suggesting I visit a spot they suggested to see the bath and sink. They never returned my call after visiting the site for information, and I never received a bid from them.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows with double pane, made new air vents in attic for flow, and raised the stucco to code around foundation of house.

Description of Work: About six weeks after our initial contact, they finally called back. They basically said to get someone else to do the work. I won't use them in the future because their lack of responsiveness and disinterest in our jobs (which wouldn't have been a problem if they told me that at the beginning instead of indicating that they would come out and look at our jobs).

Description of Work: Kim kindly listened to my problem and not wanting to waste either of our's time, told me that it was not a project they could handle; she gave me a referral elsewhere. I very much appreciated that she was up-front with me.

Description of Work: Provided TARDY quote with tasks missing. Thought the quote was high. no time-frame foe completion was provided. I responded with clarifications, then NOTHING. WASTED my time off from work, to discuss with her. DELAYED my project bc of this contractor.

Description of Work: Terri and Kim showed up and promptly told me that we would have to wait for their head plumber. He showed up and did the estimate while Terri listened and Kim took notes. He would be the one doing the work with his assistant Steve. He would also make calls to a guy about having the sewage pipes scoped. Several things in my home seemed to be issues to him that were not for the previous five companies I had do bids. He also informed me he had not run Pex lines in a home in a long time which was worrying. He informed Terri and Kim he would get back to them in a few days with the estimate. Terri then turned to me and told me she would email me the bid. SHE apparently doesn't do anything. The whole experience left me and my wife wondering why Terri and Kim had needed to be there and how much of their bid would be to pay for unessential personnel. They will not be doing the work.

Description of Work: We had a broken front door sill and were confused how to repair it. Terri promptly returned my phone call and stopped by the following day. She recommended how we could fix it ourselves and didn't charge anything for the consultation/driveby. I'd defintely contact them again when services are needed. I'm already impressed by their professionalism even though no actual "work" was done.
