Description of Work: They remodeled three full bathrooms in my house. One bathroom has a shower stall, single vanity and toilet. The second bath has a double vanity, toilet and bathtub/shower. The master bath has a double vanity, shower stall, free-standing tub and toilet. I provided tile, and all fixtures except the toilet. The whole experience was positive. They were on time and showed up when they said they would. They consistently gave updates, responded to questions and communicated any issues. The only negative, which was not directly related to their work, was the cabinet company they recommended, which made a small mistake on the order and took several reminders and almost a week to correct, delaying completion of the project. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had a leak that damaged the kitchen ceiling. By the time the owner of SheCan2 came (I asked that she try to arrive with the insurance adjuster), the ceiling had dried and didn't need any more than some paint. She DID NOT recommend looking for wet under the ceiling saying it would dry and essentially putting herself out of a job. I offered to pay for her time. She refused.

Description of Work: Bathroom repair and updates. Terri Harris gave us a good estimation of repairs and updates on small bathroom. They removed tub, installed new shower pan with tile surround, replaced toilet, vanity and flooring and light fixture. They met all timelines and came with in budget.

Description of Work: Repairs to interior and exterior conforming to termite inspection report. Fixed bathroom cabinet under sink, tiled bathtub, repaired three water damaged rafters under the eaves, replaced a few damaged siding boards, replaced front door and side garage door.

+ -1 moreThe entire experience was excellent! The repairs were done well, quickly and efficiently. People showed up on time and worked until the job was done. The crew members were polite and friendly and they cleaned up after themselves each day. This is not the first time I have hired this company. In the past they have done major renovations for me including replacing a good chunk of a kitchen (new stove, additional cabinets, laying new vinyl flooring, etc.) replacing a bathtub surround (major job requiring new sheetrock around tub), replacing siding on outside of house and painting both inside and outside my home. Their most innovative project was creating a small screened in patio to give our cats some ''outdoor'' space. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They do fine work and I will definitely hire them again when the need arises.
Description of Work: I had a long list of chores both large and small that had accumulated over a wet winter: 1. Repair leaks in a foam roof and recoat said plus the roof of a small cottage roof with elastomeric sealant. 2. Remove old french door leading to front deck, replace with new sliding patio door and rebuild portion of deck. 3. Scrape deteriorating paint off exterior of cottage, prime and repaint. 4. Find out why kitchen light fixture was refusing to light and fix the problem. 5. Repair and repaint interior window frame damaged by roof leak.
