Response from Precision Refinishing
I personally answer all phone calls and did not recollect receiving a call from this person. I also reviewed my phone log and there was not any calls received from this person on the date that they referenced. In the 10 plus years of doing business, I have never once not returned a customer's call. As a matter of fact, all of my reviewers have given me an "A" for responsiveness. I take extreme pride in doing so. I apologize for any inconvenience and encourage this person to call me again at 916-359-4269. In the customer's review they did not leave a phone number; otherwise. I would have call them immediately to resolve.this matter. Thank you.

Description of Work: I'm sure that this individual does a great job, based on the other reviews, but I think that it is important for people to realize that he will not do service in El Dorado Hills. I called about a month ago to ask if he could refinish the tile in my bathroom, and he called me back right away, and gave me a reasonable estimate, but when I told him where I was located, he would not do the job. However, when I do a search on Angie's list for bathroom tile refinishing, he still comes up as an option. I wish some one with so many great reviews could work in our area - but since he can't, please change the areas of service that he covers!

Prior to this reviw I called Angie's List and we went over precisely what coverage areas that my company could serve. I specifically stated to the representative that this was not an area that I could serve and was assured that they would edit my profile and delete this area. Apparently, this was not done, before the customer called and inquired about the service. Sorry, for any inconvenience this may have caused.

He was on time, nice, and he got to work. I thought he did a nice job.
Description of Work: I had a shower refinished. The worker did a very nice job taking out doors, prepping for the finish,and cleaning up after himself.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE PROFESSIONAL WHEN COMPLETED THE ASSIGNMENT. THE COMPANY WAS EVEN ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AHEAD OF TIME.
