Glen was amazing!!! We thought we needed to replace our carpet because it had loosened which created a big bump. Glen said heâ d come take a look. He ended up stretching it and it looks brand new. He noticed puppy chew marks on one of our carpeted stairs. He offered to fix that as well and again, it looks brand new. Glen saved us thousands of dollars. We are thrilled!!!! Called Glen Friday afternoon and he showed up Saturday morning with all necessary items to repair our carpet and padding. Glen was in and out in not much more than an hour and did an excellent job, no evidence there was ever any damage. I would recommend Glen to anyone for carpet repair.

Glen was great with phone contact, setting the appointment and right on time. He was wearing a mask properly, which was important to us. His work with our repair was impeccable and done professionally without rushing. We can't even tell that carpet was pieced alongside of our fireplace hearth! We're absolutely thrilled with his work! After speaking to several other carpet install/repair people on the phone, we're extremely glad that we chose Glen and feel that no one could have done a better job, but with more than four decades of experience, we wouldn't have expected anything less!
