Fast, efficient and in budget!

Glen was great! He promptly returned calls. He showed up on time, actually he was early, and did a great a job. I didn't get to meet him my husband met him at the house to do the job. His words were "great job and a nice guy."

Glen was amazing. He called right away, answered all of my questions and even offered to come out on a Sunday. I would recommend him to anyone. My carpet looks like nothing ever happened...and my dog dug a huge hole in it. Thanks Glen!

Glen called the same night I made the request and he showed up the next day. Glen called early in the morning to confirm he was on his way and he was even a little early which was great! Glen was very clean and professional and took great care when coming a going. He also explained what was needed to fix the carpet and did just as he said. Once Glen was finished, you had no clue the man was ever in our home or that the area of repair was repaired. Flawless! Glen did a terrific job for us. He was pleasant, prompt, professional, and seemed very skilled and experienced with tacking carpet. We had hardwood installed so we needed an expert to finish the carpet at the hardwood edges in four doorways and two curved transitions. Glen confirmed our appointment, came at the scheduled time, had the right supplies and tools, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. The carpet looks and feels great! His price was very reasonable and we are totally pleased with the service.

He was quick at contacting us and was able to come out the next day. He did a fantastic job. He even fixed a couple of things that were not part of the project at no charge. He was priced very reasonable too.
