Glen responded to my request very quickly, we setup a timefor the following morning (today). He showed up exactly on time after calling a little while before he got there. I couldn't be happier with the job he did. A Berber carpet frayed at the hall door way. I supplied carpet from when home was new and he had the job done in a wink. You can hardly tell there is a patch even though the patch is new. Berber is a challenge and he made it look almost invisible...only the older more worn and slightly discolored carpet gives it away. In a month you'll never know. Price was very reasoanble.. Couldn't be happier.
